The apartment is new, very comfortable and the cleanliness impeccable. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is spacious, the shower has hot water, there are toiletries available and Internet is fast. It is located in a very quiet area, close to restaurants and shops as well as the beach. It has private, secure parking. It completely matches the photos and description on the site. Carolina is welcoming, responsive, and communicates quickly. She gives good advice about places to eat or visit. I really recommend it, I only spent one night there but I'll happily be back on my next trip.
