Cynthia's home was clean and inviting. She was a wonderful host and very responsive and kind. I would definitely choose to come here again!

We needed to come down state for an appointment in grand rapids, Heidi's place provided a home away from home during some extremely cold temperatures! We had a comfortable stay over our 5 nights and can imagine that in the summer time the lakeside property Heidi provides would be incredible for family vacations! Thank you for everything during our stay, we particularly appreciated the local recommendations board you have in the lobby, it made finding essentials so much easier than scouring the internet!

Sue’s home was the perfect setting for our family Christmas! Now that the kids are grown and living in other states, it was wonderful to find a home to be able to all be so comfortable under one roof and so close to my parents and extended family in the Midland-Auburn area. Sue had even decorated for Christmas! 🎄 ✨ We arrived late at night in the middle of a snow storm right before Christmas. Arriving at the home was truly a feeling of sanctuary and welcome. The kitchen was very generously stocked with coffee and tea and hot cocoa and so many herbs and spices for cooking. These amenities made preparing our Christmas meals and baking cookies so much easier. I highly recommend this home and was so grateful for the thoughtful communication with the hosts. Hopefully next time we can come in the summer months to visit Dow gardens which is just down the road. You are in good hands if you choose to stay here.

Staying here made it easy to get to downtown and east town during our weekend in Grand Rapids. The home is spacious and comfortable. Would stay here again!

Great stay, loved the front patio with garage door. Didn't like the fact that we couldn't open any windows for some fresh air. Even if we could, there were no screens on the windows. Very well stocked. Had everything from hair products to condiments that others left. Plenty of towels, linens and blankets. Old small kitchen, but large remodeled bathroom...the place met our needs.

Beautiful home in extremely peaceful neighborhood. It was perfect for a family gathering. Bruce was very helpful, flexible and communicated promptly and clearly. I would highly recommend!

Stay was great, house was beautiful and great walkable location

Great apartment and location! Easy walk to many restaurants and bars. About a 5-8 minute drive to CMU campus. The place is larger than the pictures depict. Lots of little touches that made the stay nice. The king bed is the most comfortable bed we have ever had in a rental.

Very nice, would recommend to anyone and will consider staying again next time we are in town!!

Shannon's place was very clean and nice. The furnishings are pretty nice and there are many thoughtful touches--tables for drinks where you need them, lights by the bed, throw pillows and blankets to make it cozy, real plants. Really liked it and will probably stay again next time we're in town. Thanks!

The space was immaculate. It looked recently painted and fresh. The staff were extremely responsive. My phone can't support the upgrade to airbnb and they helped me work around that issue.

Space was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. My son loved the bunk beds. The neighborhood is adorable and very walkable. And the bakery downstairs has absolutely delicious cinnamon rolls.

Stayed here when attending a bridal show and it was such an awesome, cozy little place and JUST perfect for what we needed! Tenants that live downstairs I believe are the co-hosts and they were very responsive if anything was ever needed or asked. Overall, I def recommend this stay!

Absolutely loved staying here!! We had the best time. Utilized the hot tub and played a few games of pool. Great building, amazing set up! The bed is AMAZING. Best sleep ever! The shower is also top notch 👌🏼 Will definitely book here again. Thank you so much!

The place was right down the street from downtown Midland so I was able to take my dog down to the Tridge regularly which was very nice. Love that there was an attached garage (especially handy in the winter!). Doug was very helpful and communicative so no issues.

Kory's place was amazing and honestly I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in GR. It was clean and had very clear instructions and Kory was super helpful and always responsive. The fridge had condiments and saved us a Meijer trip which is super close. Overall an amazing area, home and host!

The condo was a home away from home.

Alex's place was the perfect spot to host our family gathering. The bathroom was spacious and updated and open floor plan in the kitchen allowed for a pleasant holdiiday meal.

Beautiful space. Comfy beds. Clean, spacious, quiet. A place we would certainly consider again!

the location was beautiful and looked just as pictured. it had all the amenities described and was lovely to have blackout curtains and some nightlights already in the place! we were there for a family wedding and it was a perfect homebase and our kids loved the pool (it was actually warm!). would stay again :)
