Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Canada

We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Doug and Donna were wonderful and gracious hosts. They made us feel right at home with their warm welcomes and scrumptious breakfasts. The room was specious and comfortable. We enjoyed our time there and would recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Jasper National Park.

The cottage - which is the basement of the house where the hosts live - was very cute and spacious. It is easy to find, and close enough to Toronto to be convenient, while remote enough to feel secluded. There is no kitchen, but it’s easy to get around that issue with the BBQ, especially for a short stay. The hosts were quite kind and the facilities very nice! My main issue was that the extra $40 per night per additional person felt a bit expensive (we added a guess at the last minute, going from 5 to 6 guests and were charged and extra $75+). I understand that the breakfast is included, however the price increase didn’t feel justified. The breakfast tasted good, but the portions were quite small (re: the price) (for example 2 pieces of French toasts each, a small bowl of fruit to share and coffee) and the “vegetarian option” was just to receive less food, instead of receiving a substitute. PS. In the winter the steps out of the hot tub are very very slippery, be careful.

Kimberly and John are the best hosts you could find. They engaged with my toddler very well and she was upset to go back home. The stay was beautiful and the breakfasts were delicious. I had special dietary needs and Kimberly was very thoughtful and creative in everything she prepared for us. They also guided us through our tour planning and all her suggestions were valuable. We will be back in heartbeat.

absolutely amazing we enjoyed staying there so much the bathroom is beautiful the shower is awesome and the bathtub is still big and my fiance enjoys bath so much also the bed was so comfortable my fiance said she literally hasn't slept better in 5 years it was such a good getaway to recharge I will definitely be back thank you very much Stephanie

This place was exactly as described and Terryl and Lee were great hosts! They were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. They provided easy to follow instructions to make the check-in and check-out process easy! Great property and great location, I highly recommend!

We stayed 2 nights and the views are spectacular the place was so cozy and clean and very peaceful Charmian was lovely and brought us fresh scones on our first morning and let us pick fresh apples from the tree in the yard ! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and woukd highly recommended it !

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was cozy, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was welcoming, and everything we needed was provided. It’s a great place with so much to explore, and I feel like it will be even more interesting in the summer. We’re definitely looking forward to visiting again!

we loved our stay with Julie and Glenn (and Lucy their dog). they are lovely people and helped make our trip very memorable. the front porch and dock are perfect for enjoying a beverage. bobcaygeon is a beautiful little town and we will definitely return. I highly recommend staying here!

It was a great stay, amazing breakfast and Bridget and Rob were the perfect host. The kayaking was a blast and in such a cute area and the room was more that we could have asked for, absolutely stunning and the coziest bed. Bridget had great recommendations for places to eat and things to do, while also providing any extra help needed. Would recommend to anyone wanting to come visit! 10/10

The Morning Dove Bed and Breakfast is a great place to stay if you are looking for some rest and relaxation. Our host Karen has thoughtfully provided all of the extras needed in order for one to have a comfortable visit. The breakfast menu is very delicious as well. Our stay at Honey Bear B&B in Canmore was epic! Fran, our friendly Canadian host, gave us hiking tips like a trail guru and handed us bear spray—because apparently, elk were in the mood. Yep, it was elk mating season, so our hikes turned into a mix of nature walks and dodging love-struck elk. Breakfast? Fran didn’t just stop at muffins. One morning, she served a full-on charcuterie board. Meats and cheeses before 9 a.m.? We felt like royalty in hiking boots. When Fran was out, Dean, her dry-witted English husband, kept us laughing so hard we forgot we were supposed to be resting. The location? Steps from mountain views so good they felt illegal. We hiked, laughed, ate, and managed to avoid any elk proposals. If you want a place with stunning trails, gourmet snacks, and comedy gold, Honey Bear’s your spot. Just be prepared for romantic elk!

Sylvia’s Lone Pine Ranch is a perfect getaway not too far from the city! The delicious breakfasts and suppers were a highlight, offering hearty meals that felt like home. Sylvia and Lena’s warm and friendly conversations made the stay even more enjoyable, and the fun animal experiences—like feeding and petting—added a unique charm. The environment was incredibly relaxing; I even finished a book while soaking in a hot bath. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring restful nights, and the best part? You can bring your dog! It’s the perfect mix of comfort, hospitality, and fun. Can’t wait to return! I feel like I’ve made new friends.

Charlene was a great host. She took our last minute booking, communicated very well and fast, met us when we go to her place and then made a beautiful breakfast. we are very happy with our stay and would recommend anyone to stay here.

We had a lovely weekend stay at Beth’s place. Even when it was pouring rain there were lots of things to do! Thoroughly enjoyed the karaoke set up and tiny fireplace in the one amenity room. Beths complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious with different homemade options. Overall it was a very peaceful and relaxing stay and lovely to be surrounded by so much nature.

Pauline met us when we arrived and made great recommendations about where to eat and told us about a kitchen party and a band for the second night. Absolutely would recommend this place. Pauline, the manager and cook made the experience worth it all.

One of the best AirBnB experiences I have ever had. If you want to feel right at home, Candice' s place is the one. I stayed there with my wife and a 2 year old toddler and we had such a great time. Candice was kind enough to make us fresh blueberry pancakes and farm fresh eggs in the morning. She also took our toddler to pick up grapes, raspberries and apples at the backyard and let him play around the house. We also spent time drinking great green tea. These are the things you spend extra money on during vacation and we got to do it all for free. I wish we could have stayed a little longer. It felt like visiting family as opposed to staying in an AirBnB. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to everyone.

I spent a wonderful week at Niyoshas place. The room was well equipped and Niyosha was always up for a chat. Due to the location of the accommodation, I had a good mix of nature and quietness, but also the vibrant city life. The beach is wonderful and I really enjoyed the walks there. The GO train takes you to Toronto Union Station, so I also explored a lot of Toronto city (CN Tower, Arts Museum, Distillery District). I can highly recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come back.

Mihaela’s felt like a home away from home. Travelling for a funeral and with my recent surgery, I felt safe. The bed was very comfortable. Mihaela responded quickly when I had questions. The pasteries for breakfast were delicious and were presented beautifully. I would definitely return as it was the perfect distance to my family, shops and restaurants.

Lisa and Gary are wonderful hosts. The space is lovely and the view is stunning! Calvin also made our visit extra special. Would definitely stay again.

This place is a little slice of paradise! Me, my husband, and my in-laws got there a bit later than expected — almost 9pm — after a long day on the road…Jessica welcomed us at the door and made us feel right at home. We loved our bedrooms. They were decorated beautifully and the beds were so comfortable. Everyone had a great sleep. The homemade breakfast was delicious and it was a treat to eat outside beside the river. Then before we knew it we were back on the road for the next part of our road trip… Wish we could have stayed longer!
