I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful suite in Nanaimo for six weeks, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The suite was very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed for an extended stay. Giselle and Anne were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and supportive of my needs, ensuring I had everything I needed to feel at home. Their thoughtful attention to detail (beautiful welcome basket provided upon arrival!) and kindness made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, convenient (super close to the highway and ferry terminal), and welcoming spot in Nanaimo. Thank you again for making my stay so memorable!

I absolutely loved Annie’s place. The location is the best. The Spring Creek area is very quaint. Amazing restaurants near by, a little grocery market, nature walk, Main Street etc. It was also very quiet at night.

Excellent apartment tucked away at the back of the main house, very private. very close to grocery store, downtown shopping and restaurants. Hosts are very responsive and excellent communicators. Highly recommend.

Josh is a wonderful host! The space was very clean, comfortable the bed was so cozy! The balcony is perfect for an evening whisky and a morning coffee while taking in the views of the mountains (breathtaking). We will definitely be staying here again and will be recommending to others! Thank you so much, Josh!

We stayed a full week at Cedar Peak and really enjoyed our time. The cabin sits hillside on a private lot with incredible views. It was the perfect space to call “home” while we explored the island. The interior is just like the photos. Very thoughtfully designed with lots of conveniences - dimmable lights, lots of electrical outlets, extra pillows, ceiling fans, 3 Smart TVs, folding chairs for the deck, and even a welcome basket of snacks and some basic groceries waiting in the fridge. There was really nothing missing! We visited in late October so many restaurants and shops were closed for the season - just something to be aware of. There are grocery stores nearby, including a small one right across the road. About 3 minutes down the road was a cafe called Cafe Les Suetes - would highly recommend looking them up and stopping in - the best meal we had all vacation! Driving the Cabot Trail, visiting Inverness Beach, and hiking Skyline Trail are all must-do activities nearby.

There are no words… this is truly a magical home in the middle of the most serene natural landscape! Charlotte and Frank are stellar hosts with an incredible eye for detail! The homemade muffins and fully stocked “everything” included towels, books, firewood and the most comfortable accommodations imaginable. I’m lucky to have traveled the world and stayed in very luxurious places, but this home in Bright Ontario will always be among my favorite retreats! Thank yo SO much for an amazing weekend!

Cabot Shores is a wonderful wilderness retreat with their own garden, chickens, and a wonderful beach to explore. It was quiet and peaceful during our stay in September, and a wonderful place to take in the atmosphere of Cape Breton. The food was fantastic, and while we stayed in the main lodge, I would definitely come back to stay in one of the geodesic domes. Highly recommended!

Great location near Cape Breton. Very cozy and clean chalet. Perfect for a family getaway and the staff are very helpful with local tips and recommended hikes.

Mark’s lakefront house is exceeded expectations! Especially from the deck. The house was clean & well appointed with well appointed kitchen feel like home. We highly recommend this house for a luxurious and unforgettable stay.
