Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Cambridge

We had a great 3 night stay for a family ski trip to Stowe. The place was much nicer than the pictures give it credit for! Felt pretty updated and we loved the art/decor. The 2 br and 2 full baths are on the 2nd floor. Our kids stayed in the br with 2 smaller twins (beds perfect for smaller kids & fit our middle schooler, but beds likely not big enough for taller adults/teens!). AirBNB was stocked with games, and we didn't have time for the pool/hot tub, but was a quick drive through the parking lot. We bought food at the organic grocery a few minutes away for snacks/breakfasts, but had lunch/dinner out. Piecasso and Idyletime were both great meals and only a few minute drive away. We ended up driving to the mountain and (paid) parking wasn't an issue in the mornings, but over the holidays, parking filled up at the main lots by afternoon. The shuttle bus is a close walk, but parking at the resort was surprisingly easy. Thank you!! Would definitely recommend!!

Great house with convenient location right off Mountain Road. Great hot tub with mountain view. We enjoyed playing games in the living room around the fire place. Hosts were responsive and offered a late checkout which was appreciated!

We very much enjoyed our New Year's stay at Neal's house. We loved the proximity to the Craftsbury Outdoor center, the quiet and peaceful surroundings while not being far to a couple of towns as well as Neal's responsiveness during out stay. We would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to others and are excited about the prospect of staying here again in the future.

This was our first stay in the Leonard Ave location. Kevin met us at the house and showed us everything. There were a few items that were needed and Kevin took care of those immediately. His communication was excellent and we enjoyed our stay. There were 9 of us and the accommodations were exactly what we needed! We will absolutely book again!

Sky Acres was the perfect place for our two families to spend our annual ski trip. The house is spotless and very well-equipped. We loved sitting in the hot tub after a day of skiing, lounging by the fireplace, the large selection of games and the downstairs area where the kids could hang out. There was always someone available to help if we had any questions. We loved it!

My family of five and I had a lovely ski vacation while staying at Pete's chalet. There was more than enough room for two adults and our three kids, the fireplace was lovely, the main floor was open and welcoming, the kitchen was well-stocked, the porch was a nice addition as well as the game/sitting room in back and the indoor hot tub. Pete was flexible, responsive, and friendly.

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house nestled on a hillock. The house was clean and clutter free. The rooms are quite spacious and with essential amenities. All the kitchenwares and cutleries were clean and easy to find. The air vents and the thermostats work as desired. The house also boasts a good sized garage. It is perfect for a group of friends and family who wants to experience typical Stowe vibes with peace and privacy. 10/10 for providing the directions regarding checkin and checkout. Would definitely keep this on top of my mind while visiting Stowe next time.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was perfectly outfitted with everything we needed and made for a cozy getaway, especially with the charming fireplace. The location was great—within walking distance to downtown, where we found great restaurants, cocktail bars, and coffee shops. For anyone traveling with a dog, there are a few different dog parks nearby, which was super convenient. The apartment was easy to find, and the instructions were clear and straightforward. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend!

great stay for family over holiday - thank you!

This was our families first time to Vermont, and this little place was great. It was private and peaceful, and supremely beautiful in the snow. It was a lovely place to unwind at the end of each day after exploring and hiking in snowy Vermont. We took full advantage of the full size fridge and stove/oven and were able to cook everyday if we wanted. There was TV to watch movies and a portable crib for our infant to sleep in, which was great! We also loved the hot tub- it was magnificent in the snow. The one thing that was rough was the beds- we did not sleep well on the beds. They were very small for a couple (double) to sleep in together and even harder to snuggle with our kids. We Would love to come back next year and find a queen or king size cozy bed- it would make the entire stay perfect! We would highly recommend this location in the winter, especially in the snow. I’m sure it is just as lovely in the other seasons. We would stay again in the future.

beautiful house, big parking for several cars. everything was great, with one exception it was very cold on the first floor. one heater for the whole floor was not enough. maybe it was very cold because there were frosts, I think in the summer it is very cool here! Thank you!

The place was exactly was described. Very short walk to downtown Burlington. Exactly what we were asking for.

We had a restful stay after a day of travel. Would stay here again when in the area. Friendly and responsive hosts.

Great place to stay while visiting our daughter at Middlebury College

Bob’s place was a great base for our Burlington trip. We took advantage of the full kitchen which was so nice and saved us some money. Bob and Jackie left us a bunch of great local snacks and coffee, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The house itself is full of charm and quirks. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The washer and dryer was a great bonus. The backyard is peaceful and idyllic. Everything in Burlington is a few minutes drive away, or walkable if you don’t mind walking. Ubers were cheap as well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Simone’s condo was exactly as described and had all the amenities of a hotel and the necessities of home. Very clean and so cozy. We were able to ski home from the mountain which was such a fun experience. Warm fires and a view of the fireworks, we would recommend and will definitely be booking again! Thank you, Simone!

The property is lovely. It was quite well appointed throughout. We loved the Christmas tree and poinsettias since we were there over the winter holidays. Also we enjoyed the puzzles and games. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and utensils which is often overlooked by many properties but means so much when one likes to cook as much as we do. Sleeping was relaxing on the Sleep Number beds. The scenic views were magnificent. We enjoyed sledding after the 10 inches of snow received on the property during our stay. The hot tub was used by us every evening but one while we were there except for the day it had its weekly service. Jake was responsive when we asked questions about the driveway and got us help when we needed it promptly. Any time we had a question his response time was quick. Additionally, his informative guidebook was invaluable.

What a beautiful spot. We had a perfect trip. There was a small issue with the internet before we got there. Marie Josee communicated everything to us and made sure it was all taken care of. She went out of her way to get the internet fixed on a Saturday. The house is so quiet and private at the end of the road. Felt like we had the lake to ourselves. Our whole group was very impressed. Nice finishes, well appointed rooms, fully stocked kitchen. Can't say enough good things about it.

The Little Maple House is terrific! What a great chance to stay in a historic home that is furnished with beautiful accent pieces and antiques yet feels homey if you have a rainy day movie night, or want to cook in. The neighborhood is so convenient! Bring your walking shoes, to head downtown, or over to breweries, galleries, and the Farmer's Market over on Pine. The girls and I (all senior women) easily walked thousands of steps a day chasing art pieces, photographing murals, grabbing coffee and gab sessions, and enjoying music at the local breweries. When I did have a question come up, the hosts responded immediately, what more could you ask for?

This Hyde Park home is a perfect retreat to relax in a beautiful and private setting. The heated pool and hot tub were great, even in the cool October evenings.

Very nice home with great amenities. Great location to and from everything. Nicely distributed with space for everyone. Beds were comfortable and the home has plenty of towels etc. Overall it was a great place for weekend or longer. Maria was easy to communicate with and there were no issues.

My 13 friends and I recently took a fall break trip to Adirondacks, and it was the most amazing, relaxing time thanks to Antoine’s beautiful airbnb. As soon as we walked in, we were brought into another world—with the most eclectic artwork and interior design—and yet still felt at home. Antoine was the most welcoming and responsive host we could have possibly gotten; he even provided us with tips on possible local adventures! I absolutely loved making memories with my best friends in all of the rooms (and the place is massive!) Overall, this was the most fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this airbnb to anyone looking to enjoy their trip to the Adirondacks!
