Very nice stay and perfect for the family. Tania is a proactive host and responds quickly to questions we had! I would definitely recommend it and will return. In addition, there was wood for the fireplace which is rather rare in renting a chalet. Definitely a plus!

We loved our stay at the woodpecker cottage. It was so peaceful and clean. We loved the views. The host was very nice. It was the perfect place to retreat to in the winter.

Absolutely loved staying at Daniel & Kristin’s little gem for my birthday weekend. After a long day of skiing it was the perfect accomodation for us, especially being so close to the mountain base. We had a great dinner in town near by, relaxed in the hot tub and enjoyed some complimentary popcorn. We’ll definitely be back!

Our family had a great time in Mansonville for a ski weekend. The home is historic and has been thoughtfully updated. Everything we needed was there. Clean. Beds were super comfortable. Great location. We would love to come back.

Loved the tiny cottage and being so close to jay peak! The atmosphere was welcoming and very cute. Would have liked to know the size of the cottage prior to booking. Room/tiny home was a little snug and the bathroom walls did not fully go up to the ceiling so there was no privacy. Overall, loved the area & hot tub. Will def need to try out the other tiny homes here!

Very cozy cabin right in front of a beautiful lake. Our stay was very peaceful, pleasant and we made the most out of the hot tub. House is well equipped with pots and pans as well as the host was kind enough to have the fridge stocked up with eggs, butter, milk etc etc ( basic food items). Indoor fireplace looks aesthetically beautiful and the house is well maintained. I don’t have any complaints/ cons to mention apart from just saying that the water pressure was a bit low but it’s not a problem. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Perfect setting. Sitting in a hot tub. Looking at a frozen lake under the stars. Peaceful and relaxing. House is warm and comfortable. Nice restaurants in a short drive. Montréal is an hour away and was a nice day trip. Can’t wait to go back.

The Cozy Cottage had everything we needed for a long relaxing weekend in Mad River Valley, VT. The home was everything that was promised in the listing. Close enough driving distance to restaurants/activities in Waterbury, Waitsfield and Sugarbush mountain. The wood burner kept everyone warm and comfortable. Everything was extremely organized and clean. My dog Betty enjoyed the Cottage & the snow more than we did; there was a bed for her as well as bowls for food & water. Nick was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the visit - I can only hope he will allow us to come back again next year! 5 stars

This place is so wonderful! Everything is provided for your comfort. Rayna was great in communicating an issue about one of the toilet is not working and offered a full refund if that would be a problem, which it was not at all. The location is great. Easy access to the lake for swimming or kayaking (kayak/canoe is available for use). It has a nice patio for sitting while enjoying the sunset view. This makes it to the list of favorite places to stay.

Roxanne's place on Lake Champlain was wonderful. Quiet neighborhood and the backyard is very private, with nice views of the lake. Groceries and a few restaurants were about 15 minutes. The kayaks and canoe were great and they had lifejackets we could use too. Nice amenities in the bathroom and kitchen. We really enjoyed our time at Roxanne's place.

For us it was the perfect location. Clean and comfortable accommodations. My only thing was the stairs, steep for older folks. Otherwise all was very good and we enjoyed the space. Thank you.

Helen’s property was perfect for our friend ski trip to Stowe. Perfect home base for weekend. Easy trip to the mountain and into town. Very clean space with everything you would need. Would definitely stay again!

We truly enjoyed the peace and quiet. The veranda is beautiful and because of the rainy weather we had, we were on the veranda most of the time! It is so cozy yet big enough for our 5 women! The beds were extremely comfortable as well as the bedding. We had the best time, laughing, eating, and playing games (not to mention a few cocktails). We are recharged and ready to go back to work! Stef’s place is truly a gem— cozy, tasteful, and well equipped for a little weekend in the woods. We appreciated the wood stove and the large supply of games. Would absolutely stay again.

This was by far the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed at!! The location was beautiful, exactly as described and easy to find!! The house was perfect, it was super clean and had everything we needed. Anne, the host was super helpful, responsive, and friendly!! Hoping to come back in the summer!!

Really enjoyed my time at the Valcour Cottages. Had beautiful sun rises over Lake Champlain and great stars at night. Really peaceful!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this cabin! The views from the cabin are beautiful, and you can’t beat the location directly on the lake. The lake views from inside, the screened in porch, and the backyard were awesome. The kitchen had supplies to make breakfasts/basic meals, the space was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We used this cabin as a home base for visiting Burlington, Waterbury, and Stowe and found it easy to navigate to and from the highway to these larger cities.

This cottage has to be one of the most charming, peaceful places I've stayed. The cottage is up on its own little hill, surrounded by blueberries, peonies and at night, fireflies. Caroline was flexible with our check-in and met us as soon as we got in to show us around. We came up for four nights in June with our dog, who loved having room to explore off leash. The cottage itself had everything we needed. The outdoor shower is a really nice touch, especially on a summer night. We also really appreciated little touches like two chargeable fans for warmer days/evenings, and little vases of flowers everywhere-- including in the clean, composting outhouse. Really amazing what they have managed to do on just solar power plus a couple propane appliances!! Nothing but good things to say about Caroline, Derek and their cottage.

Morgan is the perfect host, providing everything necessary to a magical stay in their remarkable cabin. I had complete privacy and quiet, but knew she was readily available if I had any questions or needs. The cabin itself is a wonder of architecture, with every detail carefully thought out and rendered. There are books galore and CDs, the slipper foot bathtub is amazing, and the back patio offers a peaceful view of trees and meadow. The property is dotted with wonderful sculptures by her husband, Alan. I watched the sun rise and set and walked down the very dark night road to look at the stars. The woods are my favorite place to be, and there was no shortage of local hiking trails. The general store just down the street is staffed by very friendly folks, and I bought a new favorite coffee mug made by a local artisan. In short, my stay was everything I hoped it would be, and I would highly recommend it.

Very peaceful/quiet stay. Beds were comfortable as many mentioned and it was enough space for our family of 4. No issues with heat or hot water in the winter. We did have a lot of rain when we were there and snow on the last day, which made driving up/down the mountain a bit tricky but us city folk survived :)

Patti was a wonderful host- she was very proactive in making sure we got to the location easily as well as providing ideas for us to do while we were there. The place was wonderful, cozy, and surrounded by beautiful trees. I would recommend this to any leaf peepers or someone wanting a quiet Vermont getaway.
