Wow! We were truly blown away by John and Lynne’s place. Super responsive hosts that were more than happy to help. The place is stunning! We really lucked out with this accommodation. The history of the building and the way it’s been renovated makes this such a cool space. Clean, private, spacious and very comfortable. Positioned perfectly to walk basically anywhere. We now have a place that we’d book again and again anytime we find ourselves in Te Awamutu. We highly recommend and will be sharing this with friends and family. It can be hard finding a nice place on Air BnB sometimes but we were really spoilt with this one!!! If you’re heading to Te Awamutu, you know where to stay.

The BEST Air Bnb I have ever stayed at!! It is beautifully decorated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom has two sinks and a gorgeous walk in shower. The in unit washer/dryer is perfect for longer stays. Very peaceful location that is walking distance to Hamilton lake. Wayne is an AMAZING host and went above & beyond to make us feel at home! Highly recommend this Air Bnb.

This place was beautiful! It was spacious and very well laid out, with a great kitchen, outdoor area, super comfy bed and it was also surrounded by a beautiful orchard. There's a paddock next door where there's friendly horses too. The quality of this place makes it an absolute bargain. Can not speak highly enough of this beautiful BNB. Thank you to the owners 😊

Lovely spot - excellent location to Claudelands Area for our Summer concert !! Super super clean - lovely kitchen with everything you need - lovely soft beds and special little treat of some wine and chocolates Perfect for our needs and Chris and Kathryn were always super quick when we asked a question !

Great Stay, would stay again, close to hospital which is what was needed for this stay. Everything was very clean & hygenic. Abit of loud banging late at night through the roof due to other apartments on above floors.

We used this beautiful house for our wedding and it could not have been more perfect !! You could not get a better location. The house was perfect for us all and extremely well equipped. We had the best time and being close to all local amenities made it easy to access. Would highly recommend and next time we are in NZ will most defiantly use again x

A taste of Tuscany in Newstead is all we can say!! Great indoor outdoor flow with all the amenities to keep people active and engaged. The tennis court provided entertainment and controversy while the spa and pool provided relaxation and ambiance. The complementary bubbles received on arrival was well needed after a long trip with a talkative passenger. Great entertainment facilities and loved the touch of country surroundings, would stay again.

Great convenient place to stay. Our son was getting married at The Hobbiton set and this house is less than 5 mins away. Well stocked facilities with plenty of room Briony provided breakfast eats, was extremely friendly and excellent timely communication. Also enjoyed engagement with the cats, their dog and the chooks. Beautiful peaceful surroundings.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Amazing amount of space, great indoor outdoor flow. Loved the different spaces where we could go to as we were a large family. Having different areas eg the garage/games room and outdoor trampoline for the kids, the upstairs balcony and spa for the adults, we all loved having our own space. Great location, although driveway was very steep. Was a great property to have all the family together in one place. The Groundswell team were very responsive and catered to our needs appropriately. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Would come here again.

We stayed at CiCi while my son was having surgery at Waikato hospital. It was a practical space and meant I was able to have family nearby supporting us. Will definitely use again for future hospital admissions.

We loved our stay at Megan's place. Very homely & so nice to be in the countryside. Great outdoor space to chill & have dinner - a wonderful relaxing spot . Megan was warm & friendly - we will return !

We booked late and were very happy with this property. Ideal location for us near town but not in the centre, near supermarkets, has a garage and adequate size for our needs. We enjoued our stay. Early arrival was accommodated and communications were exceptional.

Carla was very welcoming and the rooms were very nice. The pets were very friendly and sweet.

I've stayed at many Air B and B's in NZ, and this would have to be one of the best in terms of overall value, comfort, amenities, location and privacy. Hosts are extremely welcoming, friendly and responsive. The place really felt like a home away from home for the three nights that we were there. 100% recommend and would be the first place I'd book if I was travelling to Hamilton again.
