Lovely stay for our family of 5. Beautiful views, clean spacious apartment and great base for exploring Cornwall. Host was always responsive and sorted out any issues straight away. Thanks for the lovely Cornish treats when we arrived ;-)

The property was very beautiful and clean. We had a child with us and the baby chair in the kitchen is very thoughtful. Lana and her daughter was very easy to get hold of. The experience was remarkable. Definitely recommended!

Finding a place that housed 7 of us is not always easy but Adam's place was just what we needed. It's a lovely property, well equipped, comfortable and an ideal location from getting to St. Ives and a number of National Trust properties. Needed Adam's help on getting the Heating working (not his fault) and he was straight on the phone to help out which was really appreciated.

We rented the main house, annex and separate garage loft.The venue was perfect for our family get away for new year, 15 adults 5 kids and 3 dogs. Fantastic social kitchen area and was big enough for quiet time when needed. Bedrooms were all spacious and clean, bathrooms all spotless. Very well equipped house to a high level. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The location was perfect as a base for walks and sightseeing in the West Penwith area, as well as for exploring Newlyn. The view from the garden includes rolling fields and and a view out to Mounts Bay. The flat was cosy, clean and warm, and there were plenty of interesting local-themed books to peruse. Tom and Gail were friendly and helpful, and we would happily return.

A very enjoyable stay in this lovely, contemporary, spacious and comfortable apartment in a quiet and peaceful location. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything we needed and two lovely double bedrooms and two shower rooms was ideal for four adults. It was quick and easy to walk into town, though a bit more effort to walk back up. Just love St Ives!

We loved our stay in Siobhan’s cosy annexe. It was bright, spacious and perfectly equipped for a holiday by the sea. We really appreciated the easy access to the local amenities and the sea. Can't wait to came back again!

We have just returned from an amazing week in St Ives. The house was ideal for the three of us and the location was just a 5 minute walk from the centre of St Ives. We were able to park in front of the house to unload and the van and the car park was a short (but steep) walk away and very cheap! We felt right at home and had an extremely enjoyable stay over the new year! Thank you!

We had an amazing time. The view from the lounge is incredible, Carbis bay is idyllic. Location superb, train to st Ives was £1 and took 2 mins. Overall wonderful few days with the family.

Lovely stay, was a little bit smaller than we had thought from the pictures but very cosy with a lovely view. Close (10 minutes walk) all sorts of local shops and restaurants, well equipped, and would stay again!

We had a great new years break at Fran’s place. The location is great - 10-15 min walk into town but also 2 beautiful beaches within 5 mins walk (Tolcarne and Lusty Glaze). The space was perfect - everything we needed, clean and comfortable. Very easy check in and car parking! Thanks - we hope to come back in the summer ☺️

Absolutely loved our stay. Open spacious and clean with stunning views. Heating was perfect. Large laundry with drying facilities made it super easy to catch up on laundry while travelling. Definitely recommend

Jody and James’ place was perfect for our stay. Easy to find and ideally situated for a trip in Southern Cornwall, and they recommended some fantastic local places to eat nearby. The place itself was clean and had all the required amenities. The massive bathtub is also a huge plus! We’d highly recommend staying in this fab apartment.

A beautiful little spot in an absolutely stunning location - a short walk to the beach and cafes and bars of Porthtowan. The Annex is really clean and cosy with everything you need for a mini break. We’ll be back!

Brilliant location easy to travel to other areas also perfect if you need to use the train the station is 5 minutes walk. A lovely place to stay well equipped kitchen and very comfortable living sleeping areas. Hosts are very helpful.

My son and I had the most perfect few days at Kathy and Jeffs apartment.. great location..thoroughly enjoyed the cliff top walks ,lots of lovely restaurants all within walking distance...The apartment was just lovely and really lived up to our expectations...we will definitely return..thank you Kathy and Jeff :))

Amazing. Great view and nice flat. Teresa dealt with my stupidity when I couldn't work out how to use the keys very quickly!

The apartment was fantastic! It was extremely well-equipped, having everything you need for a longer stay. The views were tremendous from the front window, overlooking the sea. Nigel was extremely proactive and responsive that made us feel right at home, including a guide to outline all the local area has to offer!
