Instantly at ease in this beautifully scenic, peaceful and incredibly comfortable property. A great base from which to further explore Cornwall or to relax with spectacular ocean views and to decompress from the rigours of travel. Thank you Emma for being so lovely and accommodating.

The Old Bull Pen was delightful, it was spacious and beautifully presented. It was in such a peaceful setting, with amazing views, and nothing but birdsong to great us in the garden. Sarah was super responsive, and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Sarah for helping make our weekend a memorable one.

The lodge is ideally placed for sight-seeing and walking the coastpath as it is close to the A30 (but not so close you can hear the traffic!) so good for getting up and down the north Cornwall coastline. Rachel is a very responsive host, keen to help and ready to answer questions.

Thank you Maria and Graham for a lovely stay in your wonderful home. We had a fabulous holiday and the house was the perfect base for everyone. The setting was idyllic and house was spacious and had everything we could want. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub! We would recommend to anyone.

This was our second time staying in Camm house. Once again a perfect stay, a real home from home. Lee and Sarah gave good instructions and were easily contactable, thank you for a fantastic stay again!! The house has everything required for your stay, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining area. We had 8 people and a small dog staying for the week, the house still felt spacious. Just a fairly short walk to the town and beach, which has a fantastic stretch of sand, and some good bars!!

Location was perfect! Easy access to Carbis Bay and a short walk into St Ives. The view was amazing. Lori was fabulous to deal with. Very responsive and flexible.

First impressions on arrival…Wow! The house is nestled in the corner of a beautiful woodland area, with private decking and hot tub overlooking the gentle stream. The interiors are fantastic and the owners have clearly put a lot of thought and effort into the design which made our stay feel extra special. If you enjoy stylish interiors you will love this place! The house is spotlessly clean and has a wonderful aroma with top of the range toiletries and use of appliances throughout, including sparkling water on tap and a Weber outdoor cooker (we didn’t get to use as unfortunately there wasn’t any gas but we arrived with only 24 hrs notice). We were able to visit both the north and south Cornish coast within 30 mins and enjoyed days out at Mawgan Porth, Charlestown and Polzeath. Darren was a great host and super responsive at very short notice. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Book it, you won’t be disappointed!

Ben was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house is beautiful and in a great location. It’s a lovely, spacious modern house and everything it thought of. We all really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend.

Me and my husband had a wonderful stay at the annex, we will definitely return again when we visit Cornwall. The place was very clean, lovely house, we felt at home. And if something needed when I contacted Gordon, he answered straight away and attended our needs. We were very happy.

Lovely house in tranquil surroundings on a small well kept complex. Easy to find and within a few minutes walk of a lovely beach and a really nice bar/restaurant in the Atlantic Bar and Kitchen. Parking available which is an absolute bonus especially if visiting in the summer months. Furnishings were very tasteful, comfortable and everything had been thought of. There are other eateries within walking distance or a few minutes drive of the property and you have easy access to other coastal villages and tourist spots.

Wonderful place to stay to relax and explore the many attractions around the Lizard peninsular. Beautiful spacious home with a dog-friendly garden, comfortable and really well equipped for guests. Diana was a kind and welcoming host with great advice on local activities and a big folder of local info, walks, places to eat etc. We loved Helford, Porthallow, Lizard point and Kynance Cove especially. And the characterful pub at Manaccan. We’d love to stay again. Thank you Diana!

Had an amazing stay at Oliver’s place, just as described with perfect amenities and walking distance from many beaches and the town. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone planing a trip to Cornwall! Couldn’t ask for more!

We had a wonderful stay in Allegra’s home. First of all the flat has a really handsome decor, with all the amenities you’d need, that makes it perfect for chilling out after a day out in the town. You really can’t beat the location, being a 2 minute stroll from the idyllic Porthgwidden beach, and only a few minutes more to Porthmeor for proper waves. The flat is also in a quieter backstreet in St Ives, which felt like a little haven away from the hustle and bustle of the harbour. Allegra was the perfect host - if we had any queries she’d get back to us instantly. Her recommendations for St Ives eating and drinking spots were all hidden gems and exactly what we were after. (P.s. the fish shed is a must!) To conclude, we loved St Ives but this air bnb and its location really made it the perfect trip!

Had a lovely stay at Clare and Shaun's place. Very clean and tidy with good facilities as advertised. 10 mins walk to the centre of Newquay and very quiet and peaceful at night. Perfect stay. Thank you 😊

Nick and Sarah’s flat is very well equipped for a comfortable stay in a good location. The welcome pack of milk, eggs and butter was much appreciated, as was the bottle of ‘fizz’ for a special birthday! We certainly recommend the flat to others who want a convenient, spacious and comfy flat with very friendly owners. We really enjoyed our stay - thank you!

Emmas place was the perfect place to stay for a couple of nights in Newquay to see the area. Felt very homely and had all the amenities that we required. Bed was slightly uncomfortable but for only 2 nights it was manageable.

Esther’s Cabin is perfect for a short or long stay, it is decorated tastefully and has all of the practical necessities for living. It is warm, cosy and comfortable. Esther is a fantastic host who is extremely accommodating and friendly. Will definitely stay here again one day and highly recommended!

We had the most relaxing and tranquil stay. The sauna, hot tub and cold plunge were great and easy to use - with a bit of pre planning to get them all going. Comfy bed, cosy cabin, everything you could want or need. Would have stayed longer if we could! The camel valley vineyard is just around the corner which we went to and had some delicious wine looking out at the views. Highly recommend!

My partner and I stayed for two nights and it was perfect! Jo & Simon were very friendly and had fantastic recommendations for the local areas. They made us feel very settled and welcome, we can’t wait to come back and make it an annual trip!

We've just returned from a perfect stay at Grassington, we were sad to leave! The owners are absolutely lovely. We had the pleasure of meeting Kevin while there. It was so nice to hear some more about the farm we were staying on. He was very friendly and always stopped for a chat. Their gorgeous farm dog Missy noticed we had a dog with us, so she would pop round when she wanted to say hello and play, we loved it! Gorgeous place to stay, with everything you could want/need for your stay, One point, if you are tall like my partner and I, I would suggest asking for a pod with a different layout to ours, Kevin said some of them don't have the footboard which would definitely be more comfortable for taller people, but that really was the only small fault we could make! The addition of the hot tub was very nice, again very clean and well looked after. On a whole, the whole area including grounds around the pod was very clean, tidy and well kept. Fuller review on Google.

Amazing location with great views from the cabin. Very comfortable bed. Firepit was a lovely addition. Outside seating was comfortable. Clean and warm. Very responsive host and great instructions to find the place. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed for one night and absolutely loved it, great value for money considering the hot tub, sauna and ice bath. All of which were sparkling clean and ready for our use. The cabin was decorated beautifully for the surf vibe and we loved staying. We will definitely be back! Thanks Tristan and Laura

This is our second time back at Amanda’s cabin, just as the first time it was incredibly clean, super cozy and just a lovely place to stay! The cabin was spotless from head to toe and had all we needed to cook and keep the cabin clean. Instructions to access the cabin were super clear and it was easy to find, it’s so private and calm and would be a lovely place for anyone with dogs! The little welcome basket was so sweet and the coffee pods were lovely! We cannot fault Amanda’s cabin, thank you for having us!🥰 xxx

Gillian’s place is an absolute gem. The location is brilliant with great access to amazing beaches close by as well as Porthleven, Helston and other neighbouring towns for food a drink. Gillian is an incredibly host and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was special, lovely additional touches like milk in the fridge, porridge and biscuits left out for check in and additional towels/blankets for my dog Ralph. I could not recommend Gillian’s place enough! A wonderful stay
