Monthly Rentals in Callahan

The location was a bit out of the way and off the beaten path but the privacy and amenities more than made up for that. We had three of our nieces young children over one afternoon and there was so much for them to do with the kiddie game room and the playhouse in the large yard they couldn’t make up their minds as to be inside or out. Obviously a great place for young children!!! There was more than enough off street parking and the location at the rear of the one entrance neighborhood made this a very peaceful and quiet,stay. The large living room and kitchen area was great for sitting around with our small group of adults to snack and socialize. Our stay was wonderful. Communication with Jennifer was extremely easy.

The house was spacious and beautiful. The area was very quiet and depending on when you stay the location has a lot of events and activities including a pool and jacuzzi on site. The neighbors were friendly also. It’s close to restaurants and shopping and not too far from downtown. Marcel and Angela were awesome hosts and I would love to stay again whenever I’m in town.

I had an amazing stay at Kristina’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect—check-in was seamless, and the space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. On top of that, it smelled incredible—I couldn’t get over how amazing it smelled! Kristina is a fantastic host, going above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made the stay even more special for me and my daughter. The location was fantastic, especially as a Jacksonville native. It truly felt like a home away from home, with a peacefulness that made the experience even better. One of the highlights of our stay was getting to feed the horses and pet the farm animals—it was such a cool and memorable experience! Kristina was incredibly responsive and helpful, always providing great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond in every way and was, without a doubt, the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had! I can’t wait to book again soon! All the best,
