Monthly Rentals in Calgary

Henry and Carla were very attentative and responded to messages almost instantly. We stayed for 2 months and had to receive some mail to the house, they accomodated even this. The space was well kept and confortable for us and our new baby. We loved the area as it was so close to Lina's italian market and Brittania shopping area (it has so many cute shops). Many things are walkable. I highly recommend this space to anyone needing to spend some time in Calgary.

Before flying into Calgary I asked if Juan had a couple of items that were important to me as they are hard to take on a plane (a blender and hydrogen peroxide as I'm always nicking myself and my personal liquids bag was full) and Juan was very accommodating and provided both, they were both there when I arrived. Thanks Juan! The condo was in a nice area of Calgary with a park nearby. It was quiet. It was nice to have a private entrance. There were chairs right near the entrance where you can sun yourself in the morning. Everything was very clean. There was a large equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and a nice insuite laundry. The bed was comfortable and there were lots of storage options to put things and hang clothes in the bedroom. I would definitely stay there again if I visit Calgary again. Thanks again Juan!

I stayed here for almost a month and had a great experience overall. Check-in was easy with a personal welcome, and check-out was flexible and hassle-free. The location is great, right by the river and park with a beautiful view. Shops are just a 3–4 minute walk away. The area is quiet, though there are some homeless people nearby, which wasn’t ideal but didn’t really bother me. The apartment is well-equipped, and the dishwasher was quickly repaired. However, cleanliness could be improved—I found yellow stains under the bedsheet, pet hair on the sofa, and human hair in the towels and bed. That was a bit unpleasant. The host was very friendly and responded quickly, which I really appreciated. Overall: A lovely place in a great location with some cleanliness issues, but I’d still recommend it!
