I stayed at Patricia's Flat from March 20 to 23 and it was great. All very clean, bedding with wonderful sensory, very nice mattress! The view from the window is beautiful too! The kitchen is well equipped. TV with lots of channels. Wonderful pool. Patricia is over proactive and helped me a lot. I would definitely host it again.

The apartment is very well located, close to restaurants, bakery, market, pharmacy and etc. In less than 5 minutes walking you already arrives in any of the trades I have mentioned. Hamburgueria and distributor are underneath the building. Very spacious apartment. Very good bed, new mattress, great shower. Returning to João Pessoa, I will no doubt stay there again.

This is my second time staying at the Virginia space and it's no wonder I chose you for the second time to stay. Wonderful space, very clean, organized, safe, very polite people. I always indicate and I say that it is worth a lot for the comfort it offers and the location. I always get that ap when I go to some show at Domus Hall that is inside the Manaíra mall, as it is very close, about 5 minutes on foot. So I highly recommend the space. I loved it!

The accommodation with Suellen went perfectly well, everything is very organized, and the coverage exactly matches the photos. The communication of the hostess is perfect and agile. The space is well decorated, quality bedding, all the utensils necessary for stay. The terrace is great, the hydro worked perfectly! The double mattress is extremely soft. The flat has great structure, we use the gym, swimming pool, mini roof market... Everything functional. I recommend the stay, we feel at home!

Simply wonderful. Perfect, complete. The location is perfect, you step outside the building and are practically on the beach, very close by. It's right in the middle of everything, we went in November, close to Christmas, so everything was adorned and beautiful. Along the waterfront there are many bars and shops. The Tambaú Fair is a little more distant, but walking along the waterfront you arrive very fast. There is bakery in the other block and market and pharmacy in front of the building, as well as a sushi. Erivoneide was super attentive and willing to help, as well as giving several tips. We love everything and no doubt when we return to JP we will stay on this again or any of the host's other options 😍 Summary: Perfect. Congratulations.

We had a great experience on this Airbnb! The apartment is wonderful — beautifully decorated, spacious and with an amazing view. The building is also super beautiful, modern and well maintained, which already gives a great impression right away. The location is excellent: it is in a quiet and safe area of the city, perfect for those who want to relax with peace of mind. In addition, it is very close to the beach, which has made our daily walks a lot easier. We feel very comfortable throughout the stay and would undoubtedly return to stay here if we return to João Pessoa. We strongly recommend!

Our stay was excellent. The very solicitous hostess, the apartment was very fancy when we arrived. I went with my baby and she already left a little corner prepared for her to sleep too (attached bed). I loved it! Everything was in line with the advertised. I highly recommend it.
