Marie is a fantastic host! Probably one of the best hosts I've ever had. Location was easy to find and pictures are accurate. Great location to some of Oroville's historic highlights, such as the Chinese Museum, Lott Home, Feather River Park and the Green Line that takes you to the various areas of interest.

Diane’s place is a lovely studio perfect for a long term stay. Well equipped with everything you need. Diane was very responsive and accommodating.

Marie was such an awesome host! Her place was exactly as she described, spotless, and so homey! We honestly cannot wait to stay here again!

This place is such a great place to stay. This is the second year in a row I have stayed here and it is so nice and is in a good location with a lot of great restaurants and is very clean. House has a great style. And the owner is always communicative and always accommodating. Highly recommended! I’ll be back next year :)

We stayed for two months after selling our house and finding a new one. This was perfect for us, everything we needed in the kitchen except for a large frypan. The bed was comfortable and the entire place was furnished well! Wonderful location, great place for walking. We had an issue with the internet going out and Gail was prompt with fixing the problem. Now the unit has a dedicated, secure mode. I would highly recommend this unit!

The loft was exactly as it’s seen in the photos. It’s a very sweet one bedroom. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed all the comfort. The lighting was nice, the AC worked great on those hot Chico days, the decor was lovely. My mom and I stayed here after being evacuated from the Park Fire, so it was so nice to feel safe and at ease. Gail was very kind to us. The neighborhood is super cute, like a mini replica of downtown Chico with beautiful big green trees shading the streets. We were even able to walk to the Italian restaurant near by one evening which was a perk. It was a quiet area as well. The front seating area was sweet but we were there during smokey days due to the fire so the ants and beetles were crawling around a lot, probably because of the AQI. Other than that it was a fantastic location and close to many errands we had to run. It’s ideal for a couple or single person. Definitely recommend it! It’s not far from other areas of Chico. We could not have asked for a better experience for our extended stay! My father passed away while my mom was having surgery and we could not leave the area for multiple weeks while my mom healed. Trevor and Anastasia took great care of us and helped us have a place to be comfortable as my family figured out our next steps. The home was beautiful and comfortable. The yard, pool, outdoor sitting area, and hot tub were all well loved. The garage game room was fun and comfortable as well. Brand new washing machine and dryer helped keep us clean and fresh. Lots of towels and fully stocked kitchen with all the dishes and gadgets we needed to have a home away from home. Hosts were very friendly and responsive, always went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best possible. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful, with the park a quick walk away. Store and amenities were all close as well. We can’t thank them enough for helping us out while we were displaced, and needing peace.
