Great location close to all that was needed - Downtown/University, etc. Shopping & dining. Walkable neighborhood. Great level yard with a gate! Property has all that you need! Beds were comfortable, couch was comfortable, central heat! Host was extremely responsive, friendly and great to work with. We would stay here again.

What a great, comfy home in a beautiful location (so quiet and picturesque, with the lake and surroundings)! Perfect for our 3-night family getaway between Christmas and New Years - special memories were made. Karen was a very helpful and responsive host - her communication was great before and throughout our visit. Some floor rugs, throw blankets, and decorations might have enhanced the ambience. Also, we could have used instructions for the sound system (though we didn't ask while there). But we were very happy with the home, and very grateful for Karen's attentiveness. We would love to stay again!

If you’re looking for some peace and a reset from the busyness of life this is the spot! Carolyn really put love into the details of this place. From her art in the room, to the egg, homemade muffins and tea that immediately welcome you in to feel at home. And I loved all the animals, from their dog Caspian, to the cats, deer and farm animals. I wanted to hike some nearby trails and Carolyn was helpful with suggestions and answered any questions I had. We got to chat in passing and before I left which I really loved hearing more about her story. She really respected my space at the same time throughout my stay. You can feel that she truly wants those who stay to just take their time and relax. I definitely did not want to leave but took some peace that I found there back home with me. Carolyn allowed me to stay longer rather than leave at check out which I appreciated! Overall, I highly recommend this stay. I have already shared with friends and would definitely go back!

My family and I loved Angelleyna place, both Zen den and Shaman’s lodge! Spectacular view and lovely property! We have a wonderful time there. The host and co-host were amazing and accommodate us in absolutely best way possible! We’ll definitely stay there again hopefully soon!

This was a beautiful home in a lovely setting. The amenities were as described and the beds were very comfortable! We had a great stay.

Perfect guest house!!! We loved our stay here. Right up close to Bidwell Park, perfect morning runs or walks. Roomy and clean. Very nice big bathroom. Kitchen is well stocked with needed utensils. And, accommodated for our pets. I will definitely stay here again. Loved it!

Laurie was very responsive and clear in her communication. The beds were very comfortable and it really did feel like we were at home away from home! We have relatives in Chico and will definitely return to Dot’s House when we return!

Cute little place. Perfect for our quick visit for our family event. Chelsea was quick to respond and helpful. Everything was very clean! I have no complaints and would stay again.

Beautiful place and absolutely comfortable. Rooms on the first story a bit cold, it seems the heather does not reach enough hot air downstairs. The whole house lace is just a joy to stay.

It was like a home away from home on top of that every movie felt like I was in a movie theater. Awesome Soundsystem very cozy.
