Amaizing annexe. Kim's place is located in the quiet neighbourhood. In a walking distance to beautiful river Hamble and the local marina. It is specious, spotless and very well equipped. Decorated with a great taste. This lovely place is provided with everything you need even for a longer stay. It is conveniently placed close to Tesco extra and bus stop to Southampton and Portsmouth. Kim and Ian were very friendly and always happy to help. We had a wonderful stay and we will definitely return. Kate&Robert

Richard’s place is lovely and quiet, very private, as he says in his description of his place the walk into the local village isn’t too stressful, a good ten minute walk with some very nice places to eat and drink, we were only a small contract which is a slight shame as we definitely would of rebooked, cheers again Richard!!!!

Sandra’s place was beautiful—spacious, comfortable, and wonderfully warm. It had all the amenities you could need for a relaxing break away, and the extra touches, like the milk and biscuits, were so thoughtful and much appreciated. It’s ideally located in a glorious setting near to local amenities including the Jolly Sailor where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Sandra herself was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering any queries we had promptly and even lending us umbrellas when we needed them. We would highly recommend staying here and will definitely look to book again next time we’re visiting family in Southampton.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely cottage with friends over the weekend, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the place was. It felt welcoming and cozy, making it the perfect getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the hot tub. It added a wonderful touch to our weekend. Overall, this cottage exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice weekend away with friends or family.
