Monthly Rentals in Bunker Hill Village

Jess's apartment checked all my boxes when I was searching for a place - I confirmed that was the case after my first night : - Proximity to my office (15mins walk) - Comfortable, spacious and well furnished sitting room, dining , kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a working closet. - All the amenities in house functioned well. -Enough cark park spaces -A big upside for me was that the apartment is in a very large lot, where you can exercise (walk for miles without need to go into the streets)! Finally , Jess was a great host. She was super responsive whenever we needed any help! Choosing her place was perfect choice. I will strongly recommend it to anyone in the Houston area.

The property was in a great location and convenient for jobs in the energy corridor. The rooms were spacious and clean. Finally, Min was quick to get back to me if I had any questions or problems.

The pros: Great spot. Very comfy beds. Well lit. Hot shower and water pressure are great. Quiet neighborhood and felt safe. Also the place felt private which is great. There is a deck outside with a grill that’s great on a nice sunny day. The cons: Pillows are on the flatter side. I had my own so this wasn’t an issue for me. This is a new listing so this may change by the time you are booking it. There is no kitchen - again this wasn’t a deal breaker for me. There is an air fryer, a grill and a microwave that will get you covered for 99% of the kitchen needs.

The place was very clean and the owner was very friendly and with any question or doubt there was always communication.
