Very nice flat, not far from Darbar square. Host was really helpful. Bed was soft and comfy. Hot water, great WiFi connection, clean and practical. I would definitely stay there again.

I had a very comfortable one-night stay. The place was very clean, affordable, very clean bathroom, very warm and friendly area with nice 360 degree view from the rooftop. There was a gym area as well for daily work-out. I enjoyed my stay very very much and highly recommend this place.

Ashish is a host and human unlike any other! I came to Nepal with a personal and complicated mission beyond trekking or sight seeing. He helped me get connected with government offices, was accommodating with his time and knowledge, and generally took care of our group for 10 days. He is very communicative, trustworthy, thoughtful, and filled with a plethora of knowledge to guide you around. The property is beautiful. Every day at any time had amazing views and pure peace. Our favorite part was the glass house that we actually slept in most nights. Though I enjoyed the bedroom and how cozy it was. The local restaurants are very tasty and the location is a huge breath of fresh air (literally) and a nice break from the pollution in Kathmandu. You’re definitely in a more remote area with very bumpy roads so we utilized the local driver or caught a ride with Ashish when he was available. We loved staying here and would come again in a heartbeat and are forever grateful to Ashish.

5 flights of stairs - to reach a place of serenity Once you arrive at the property, things are very clear paying attention to the instructions supplied by Nara. Then it's just climbing 5 levels of stairs. Whilst you climb, you remember it's for your health and wellbeing, soon after you will be rewarded with a beautifully situated studio at the rooftop of the building, overlooking the roofs of Kathmandu. The surrounding buildings offer some flora and fauna, so you wake up in the morning with birds chirping and that stays throughout the day. The apartments interior is very pleasing and bed and bedding is high in quality and comfort. You don't need to worry about buying and carrying any water, there is a filtration system supplied. Nara is an very sensible and attentive host, he makes sure you got everything you need. All in all it's my personal favorite in Kathmandu City and i will definitely come back once i am around. I would rate this with more stars, if it was possible.
