Anna gave all the instructions and helped during check-in and accommodation, she was always in touch with me. The apartment is cozy, warm, all appliances worked without problems. Amazing pretty and tranquile place near the main train station and metro station that connects quickly to center of the city.. The place is super clean, the bed super confortable... the room was warm even in winter time, also clean bathroom, great kitchen with all you need... I would highly recomend this place to travelers that would need arrive for the first time and want to rest near the station... I would surely book again this place
