Katharina's apartment was the perfect starting point for us to explore Schwerin and the beach of Boltenhagen. We felt very comfortable in the apartment, because it is practical, but at the same time stylishly furnished. Everything was super well maintained and clean. Great apartment in a beautiful setting. Quiet yet centrally located. We could walk everything and leave the car in the free parking:) The apartment was well suited for 3 adults. Damaris provided us with tips on the surroundings and responded to questions quickly and kindly. We highly recommend the apartment.

Spent 2 quiet nights in the property. Everything I needed was there and more. 😀 A really nice apartment. Modern, clean, nicely decorated. I felt very comfortable there right away and was ideal for my short Schwerin stay and my purposes.

A nice big stay on the outskirts of a beautiful city, large with a large kitchen, bathroom and room. Everything available, richly furnished. with free parking. Marvin is a nice likeable young man who actually tries to host his guest friendly and tries to please his guests.
