A few days of peace and quiet during the week in the off season. Lovely quiet place, everything super clean and in order. Station, the beach, shops,.. everything within reach. Enjoyed it tremendously and would definitely recommend it!

The apartment is in a new residential area. The beach is quickly and easily accessible. You can get to the center of Oostende by ferry, private car or bus. Unfortunately, there is no bakery in the immediate vicinity yet (but one should open soon), the nearest supermarket is within walking distance (about 15 minutes) or by car. Due to the fact that the entire residential area is still partially built, you have to expect construction noise during the week. The apartment is very well equipped and you immediately feel comfortable and at home. Everything was clean and tidy. The beds are new and also the bedrooms were cozy and clean. The shower is new, level and large. The open plan kitchen is rather small but well equipped with everything. There is a nice balcony. The existing shops and restaurants are upscale. Unfortunately, we only had 4 days, but enjoyed this time very much. We can definitely recommend this apartment.

The location of the apartment is just perfect! Ocean view in all directions! Very convenient also the underground parking space and space for bicycles. Grieth gave us a very warm welcome and helps with everything you need! The bed is large and very cozy. We will definitely be back!

A top apartment with wonderful views of the sea 😍 everything was great, quiet and you could really relax while listening to the sea. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. We recommend it 100% and will definitely go there again. Communication with Tine and Tim also worked more than great. So all in all 10/10. ☺️

The place is really perfect. Anything you need to make you feel at home is present. There were beautiful art objects in and around the property. The pellet stove gave a wonderful comfortable warmth. Very good beds. A very quiet location, so you can completely relax. And finally, compliments to the host who received us very kindly and responded very quickly to our messages. Not doubt, but books!

This is the ideal house for a family reunion with a big living room, cosy fireplace and a great view on the dunes where we could see a lonely horse grasing peacefully. Even our 91 years old aunt made it to the sea, a 10 minutes walk, if you are over 90🙂Also the sleeping area is well separated from the living area, so that you don’t disturb late sleepers in the morning. We cooked a lot and found every thing we needed. We loved the place!

The place is very thoughtful and perfectly clean. It is equipped with all amenities, the necessary utensils for the kitchen and also with new and well-functioning appliances. The welcome juice and cookies are very welcome, such as the small wine cellar with beers and wines that you can enjoy leaving the money in a box. House well heated in winter apart from a portion of the heater on the top floor that does not heat up. It feels better than at home.

Thank you Tabitha, everything was great. Spacious apartment in the countryside. Many towns and villages with places of interest nearby and short driving distances. Ideal for elderly, everything is very accessible. Parents enjoyed the reclining sofa! The flat was beautifully furnished with a box of treats left out for us. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well.

We have experienced a very nice end of the year thanks to this very pleasant house, located near the sea and beach and in a quiet area. The house was very comfortable, comfortable and cozy. We felt quite at home there. Combined with a fantastic environment, this nice experience was complete! An extra recommended in the region: the record bar in the nearby cozy village of Groede...a gem... Finally, we would like to mention the great communication and the flexible agreements with Katrien. We greatly enjoyed our stay at this cozy house where everything you might need is present, and so much more! We were also received very hospitably, very nice to start our holiday ☺️ It's really recommended here! Everything is within walking distance and super convenient that you can leave the car in the driveway. We would love to come back here again!

Very nice house in a very nice location. Great if you like walking in dunes or on the beach. There are also some games and toys for kids. EV-charging around the corner. There were some minor things in the house that needed fixing. I'm sure they will be taken care of by the time you visit.

I had a fantastic stay at Carl’s place. The apartment is cozy, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. It’s located in a quiet area, just a short distance from the beach. There’s a great spot nearby for walking or jogging, and several excellent restaurants are only a 5-minute drive away. I would definitely return and stay there again!

The stay here was fantastic. Pure wow. It is a super nice apartment with everything you need and more, communication with Sebastiaan went very smoothly and quickly. The bed was good, perfect location and accessibility, sparkling clean,.. only superlatives. Will definitely come again. Thanks :-)

Charming little apartment, thoughtfully appointed and tastefully decorated, offering breathtaking sea views. Impeccable cleanliness. Tram stop nearby. Joyce is cordial and very responsive. We had a great time.

Our stay in Bredene was lovely. The apartment was very warm, well equipped, very clean and tastefully maintained, we felt very good there. It was also very well located and we had a parking space. Hosts were very responsive and kind. Check in and check out was very easy, everything is well explained. We'll be back again for a weekend or more.

Beautiful and cozy spaces and a nice terrace. The fact that you can easily park in front of the door was also a big plus for us.

Serge's apartment is nicely modernized. It is on the 9th floor ...the house has a small elevator. Great is the staircase to the upper part of the apartment. The bathroom is very tidy, with separate toilet. The bedrooms are small but good, (can get stuffy when it's hot) you're more up in the living area. There are 2 balconies, one facing the sea is of course the best. You can put the table and chairs out, ...then poop, if necessary, but also gulls on them;-) The kitchen is equipped with what you need, the appliances are easy to use. Overall a very nice apartment in a good location, as you are quickly in the city center and even faster by the sea.
