We had the most relaxing two days staying at Dominique and Alain’s place. We were lucky to have beautiful weather so did a few of the hikes that Alain recommended. They were kind enough to leave us a beer upon arrival which we shared. As a cat lover this place was perfect for me as there are always sweet cats roaming around the grounds. There’s a great Estaminet nearby (walking distance) to eat at and a bar walking distance away too. Alain and Dominique were so helpful in explaining recommendations and good things to do nearby. If you want to explore northern France and Belgium or just relax and enjoy the countryside this is place to be. We’ll be back!

we had a great time at Ingrid's place. very good contacts and Ingrid is very responsive. The accommodation is functional, the bed is good, shower pleasant . Parking is more insignificant.

Enjoyed a pleasant stay at the edge of the Dune forests and close to the sea.

Emily is a wonderful hostess who went out of her way to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Her breakfasts were generous and always had fresh, new and interesting items to tempt… including cheeky chocolate chunks! The accommodation is also generous with plenty of space and, weather permitting, a lovely garden to enjoy. The position is also excellent, providing easy access to many of Belgium’s cities and attractions if you want to avoid moving from place to place. We highly recommend Emily’s place and plan to return in the future.

Elly, is a fabulous host. She is friendly, flexible and gave us our space but was always there when we needed anything. We had a great stay and it was an easy cycle to the centre and the RBSC ( for my daughters European Championships. The accommodation is beautiful and comfortable and the surrounding area is peaceful and near a forest. The local bakery was delicious but dangerous for your waistline!! Elly was a great host and if we come back to Knokke we would love to stay here again.

If you are looking for tranquility it is the perfect place. We ended up delighted with the place. Also I have to say that when we arrived we were surprised that we had cooking oil, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, tea bags, dishwasher tablets and many more details that we loved. Honestly it is a success and at all times it was noticed that Veronique was attentive. We felt at home, if you choose to stay here it is a 100% success.

Very cozy accomodation, in a calm street close to the sea. Mini kitchen where every detail has been thought of. Private bathroom, towels, sheets, tissues, ... Nice and practically furnished, very tidy. Karolien is very friendly, everything is very clear.

Celine and Maxim welcomed us in a classic, cozy and warm room. The bedding is of high quality and the bathroom spacious. Thank you also for the little attention that was offered to us in the fridge as well as the welcome message on the buffet. Perfect room to discover the region and the friendly locals.

Beautiful, cosy apartment in one of the best cycling spots of Belgium, with beautiful views and a nice pool. Very friendly and helpful host, with lots of great tips for a good time in and around Geraardsbergen.

We really enjoyed the getaway at Lizzy's place! Arrival and check-in were super arranged. Since Lizzy shared the most important information in advance, the check was uncomplicated and easy. There is plenty of parking in front of the property, where we could park the car for free on the following days - that was very pleasant! When we arrived and reached the accommodation, we noticed the very cozy, clean and tidy atmosphere - we felt right at home as if we were in the second home. The accommodation has everything you need - for the days there was even enough and generous something for breakfast preparation - Thank you for that ! The location is also really great - the city and the beach are in the immediate vicinity and very easy to walk to. We enjoyed the days very much and will be back :) Best regards, Laura and Niklas

We had a lovely time. The accommodation was perfect, everything was available in case of small forgetfulness (shampoo, cleaning product, kitchen basics, ect.). The street is peaceful and close to the beach. A little extra: the lack of a TV makes it possible to really get together as a family! Thank you for everything!

The apartment is located in a very quiet area and offers everything necessary for the stay. Ghent can be reached by car in 15 minutes. The apartment is neatly equipped, but you should take slippers or warm socks with you, as the floor is quite cold in winter. Otherwise, everything was great. Ingrid is friendly and easily accessible.

A quiet little place with very friendly hosts. The bed is extremely comfortable. The studio is well equipped. Maybe one small point for the cold ones: the toilet downstairs is unheated, which is best taken into account if it is very cold outside and you can't stand it well.

We had a fantastic time at the Two Oaks. Eric was an amazing host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a special experience. From offering excellent recommendations about the local area to accomodating our children in daily alpaca feeding times, Eric helped to make our Belgium trip a very memorable one. The accomodation itself is in a beautiful location and was the perfect place to base ourselves for all of our daily travels. Thanks for making our stay so special - we'll endeavour to return!

Nina's place is a great location to experience the local community of Brugges while having convenient access to all of its attractions. Her place is modern, bright, quiet, comfortable and well appointed. The sloped ceiling in loft sleeping area makes it a bit tight, but was manageable. Nina is a thorough and responsive communicator and offered many good suggestions that enhanced my stay.

Everything was perfect! I recommend Host and appartmen to everyone. 😉

Geert and her husband made us feel right at home in their very roomy, neat, and comfortable rooms. We enjoyed sitting with a beer on their lovely patio that included a goldfish pond and a turtle we named Vlad. Though it was located in a pastoral location, town was easy to reach and had a good variety of restaurants/cafes. We walked to Bruges in 45 minutes and the bus back took us right by the house.
