Comfy 3BR cottage on foreshore, excellent position

Once used as a schoolhouse over a century ago, the cottage has been renovated in sympathy to the original style. Accommodation is for up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms (queen, double and twin). It has a well-appointed kitchen,spacious eating area, cosy lounge, north facing outdoor patio with BBQ and views over the water. There is undercover parking in 2 carports and we are pet-friendly (on request) for small to medium dogs. Its central yet quiet location is close to both the wharf and boat ramp.

This gorgeous cottage offers the perfect intimate or family getaway. With a bar and luxury bathtub on the deck you will feel free and happy taking in the amazing ocean view. Beaches, cafes, hotel, restaurants, cellar doors and tourist attractions are all within a walk or short drive. Kangaroo Island is as picturesque as it is rugged and I am yet to find a person disappointed with their stay on the island and more importantly, in my cottage.
