Holiday rentals with lake access in Brockville

Private, beautiful, and brings me back to childhood camping in family cabins. Daniel was also an incredible host. Very responsive, respectful, polite, and accommodating. An incredible experience for first time airbnbing.

Above and beyond our expectations! The kids loved playing in the loft and the massive beam bag was a crowd favourite. Kitchen table sat everyone comfortably and perfect for all the hours of board games played. TV area in the basement was perfect to watch the hockey games and extra bar fridge handy for our drinks. Kitchen had everything you needed including compost and recycling bins. Beds were extremely comfortable and family room very capacious and cozy. My family has rented many cottages before and this ranks as our favourite, we will be back next year.

This place was spacious & beautiful! The outside area & dock was perfect for all of us! The kitchen was stocked w/ many plates, pots & pans. Would definitely come back !!

Everything was perfect- felt at home. Very clean and recently refinished looking. Beds were very comfortable and rooms and house was very spacious. There were many extras that made it feel like home. Great location for visiting a college student or graduation - walking distance to Clarkson. Definitely would rent again.

From the very beginning, Tim was extremely attentive and answered all of my questions immediately. I knew what to expect as soon as I walked in. The house fit 2 families and 2 large lazy dogs without feeling cramped. Having water access was amazing, the kids fished all day while the parents enjoyed time on the patio. The kids were able to take kayaks out to fish as well. The water grass made it a little difficult to keep an eye on the kids from the patio area, but not enough to be a problem. The water is very shallow but we were able to park our rented boat (Mac's Boat Rental-super awesome to the kids) without a problem. This house is exactly what we were looking for; private, waterfront and allowed dogs heavier that 20lbs-which is difficult to find. This house was a gem and we will gladly rent again! Thanks Tim!

Our stay was fantastic. The home is a great size with perfect bedrooms and a great kitchen to cook in. The living room and porch were awesome as well. We loved the dock and the ability to launch our jetskis right across the bay. I will say, prop boats should be fine. Jet boats just be cautious of the seaweed. It didn’t stop the fun though!

Third stay at Butternut Bay, and it truly does feel like a home away from home. We have such special family memories because of Butternut Bay and its owner, first Jeanne, and now Meagan who is continuing her legacy--and it really does feel like that. Meagan cares that your time at Butternut is one you will remember. We thoroughly enjoyed her sharing of the St Lawrence Seaway map online, so we were able to track and learn more about the ships that were passing, day and night! Looking forward to our next stay, and more amazing family moments. Thank you Meagan!

Great place! We had a wonderful time in the cabin! The view is incredible, right at the lake. Colin & Kayla are super friendly and responsive. Would definitely come back!

Such a lovely location and beautifully decorated apartment. Enjoyed everything about it from sitting out on the deck watching birds, boats etc to firepits in the evening and walking to the local Tikki Bar for food, beverage and socializing. We found the people in this area to be the friendliest we've come across in our travels. Oh yes and the bed is heaven.

Randa Catherine's apartment is in a great part of town, within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. Very clear instructions, would recommend for a short stay.

I stayed 5 days while in town for a medical procedure. It was easy to access and a quick walk to KGH. The flat is really cute and cozy. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed sitting in the corner enjoying a warm coffee and looking out over the lake on cold snowy days. Thank you for offering this flat, it made a tough week more comfortable :).

Great place to stay. Views are amazing. Sean was easy to speak with and went out of his way to assist with any needs. Will be recommending to others.

Every request was met with friendly enthusiasm and a helpful suggestion or accommodation, including outside the box requests like a change of itinerary due to illness. This is a beautiful, hidden gem in the Village of Waddington, NY. The apartment has a beautiful view of the St. Lawrence River a gorgeous patio and access to the river. It is beautifully decorated, everything inside is new, we felt we were the first to visit! Finally I can't say enough great things about our hostess, Michele, she made our stay very comfortable! Thank you, we'll be back!

Great location with good sized deck overlooking the water, walkable to everything in downtown Clayton…parking could have been a problem mid-day but otherwise ideal

Fantastic host and great secluded place. We had a snowstorm while we were there and he got a tow truck to come and plough the snow before our departure

We had a wonderful stay at this lakeside cottage,It was even better than we expected! It was so peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property had almost everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the beautiful lake views made it truly special. The kayaks and sauna were a fantastic bonus, adding to the experience and giving us even more ways to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The host was very responsive with anything we might have needed. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet retreat and a great experience!

Our family and dog had a great Christmas time at Blake’s place. Right on the lake and within walking distance to the town of Westport. Cottage was fully stocked and comfortable for the family of 4. Kids enjoyed ice fishing and star gazing. Blake and Lizzie were wonderful hosts and very responsive.

Lovely house. Our big group with kids really liked the layout. Plenty of room for many of us to hang on the same floor yet still feel peaceful and quiet. The views are beautiful. The hosts are accommodating.

Was perfect for what we needed. A one night stay for a wedding. I missed the fact there were no towels but luckily we all showered before getting there.

Amazing 3-day stay! Perfect, peaceful view with a quiet environment. The lake is beautiful with clean water. The house is in great condition and well-equipped - we enjoyed cooking there. The owners are very nice. Everything we needed was provided. Highly recommend!
