Monthly Rentals in Broadmoor

My husband and I absolutely loved this location every night felt cozy and comfortable. Everything we wanted to do was less than 20 min away. Saving this location to stay here again when we come back to Colorado Springs too look for homes! We loved it so much we want to move here

Staying at Katherine’s cottage was perfect for us. My husband and I had a conference at the Broadmoor. This cottage felt closer to the conference center than some of the guests of the resort. Such an easy, short walk to the venue. Not to mention the easy accessibility to the Broadmoor lake for a walk in the morning or evening. Katherine is a real gem. Quick to respond and very thoughtful. The cottage is exactly as it is described. Having a full kitchen to prepare meals and laundry facilities made it super convenient. Sprouts and Natural Grocers are close by so you can stock up. We stayed a few days after the conference ended. There is so much to do in Colorado Springs and Katherine’s cottage is so centrally located that it was quick and easy to get to our excursions. We highly recommend Katherine and Steven’s cottage.

Great stay here. I was in town for a conference, and his place was super comfortable. Like being at home. Really nice bed and bathroom. Great location close to the grocery stores.

I stayed here for a month and it was the perfect 'homebase' to explore the area. Everything is provided to make things comfortable and it felt spacious for a 'cozy cottage'. Inside was very clean and everything organized. The outside has 3 different lovely sitting areas and its beautifully landscaped. The welcome binder is full of helpful info and lots of recommendations. I'm so happy to have found this place and will definitely return when visiting CoSprings - this will be the first place I'll always check to see if the dates are available!
