The apartment was clean, well located in surfers paradise, walking distance to light rail station, surfers paradise, convenient store, restaurant & kiosk on bottom floor perfect for dinner or breakfast options & access to amazing pool which our family really enjoyed during our stay. Family friendly & well pleased with our stay. Thanks Goran for being a great host.

This was the perfect spot for our Australia Day weekend stay. There was everything we needed - and a bottle of bubbly & chocolates! The complex has a gorgeous pool & spa with views across the coast and is a short walk to restaurants and the beach

Such a wonderful place to stay. Tram right outside to get everywhere fast, Pac fair right across the road, heaps of food options around. The room itself was clean and so affordable, even for last minute bookings!! Will definitely be checking this out again. Also Hosts were very nice and so quick with their responses if had any inquiries.

We absolutely loved staying at Derek’s place within Beachcomber on Surfers Beach. It was the ideal location, right in the middle of it all, so close to Cavill Ave, across the road from the Paradise Centre, easy parking, stroll to the beach and lots of food options. The view was unreal, including prime positioning for NYE fireworks, we couldn’t believe it. The apartment was great, nice, bright and clean, we had the best stay. Thank you so much Derek for having us, would highly recommend!!

This apartment features stunning views over the ocean and has all the basics for a nice stay. Location of this place is great as it's close enough to central Surfers but just outside of the really busy spaces. Instructions of how to check-In and out are very clear and make it easy. Apartment is lovely and spacious for a 2 bedroom and it was a great place to stay.

Jeffrey and Brenda were so accommodating and lovely to host us in their beautiful apartment. They met us upon arrival and walked us through the building to make sure we were comfortable and set up, even left us some milk and what not to get us started for the trip. Such a wonderful spot so close to the beach. Would definitely come back!!

Worked great for the two of us. Would happily stay again! Details: this air bnb is inside a resort/condo building. No extra resort fees & good amenities which is nice. We enjoyed the tennis- you can reserve the court at front desk & they have racquets you can borrow - be sure to ask for the adult ones (they had 2 adult and 2 kids racquet) plus balls. We also enjoyed the salt water pool - go in the morning or the evening during week day for less people (was crowded on weekend midday). The air bnb itself was great - no issues. Shower water pressure is nice & high but also can adjust to soften pressure! We used washer & hung clothes out to dry on patio (she has a clothes drying rack). Coffee = pods like nespresso - yummy. Lovely place, excellent amenities. Appreciate the little extras from host -pool towels, glad wrap, full size fridge, washer/dryer. On-site parking definitely one of the reasons it is a perfect location.

We had the most wonderful holiday in Coolangatta, and absolutely loved Toni's apartment. It's gorgeous with the most amazing views, extremely comfortable and everything we need on our doorstep. We were spoilt with whales passing through the region during our stay - from our apartment we had incredible views of the ocean and could see the whales all day, it was amazing. Thank you Toni for all your tips on what to do and where we could hire bikes, boogie boards, surf boards etc! We packed so much into our holiday and can't wait to come back!

Amazing stay! Came here with a large group of friends. Usually, it's hard to find a place that caters towards young adults. However, Amanda was very accommodating and gave us a chance. We had an amazing beach holiday and loved the pool, spacious living room, clean and tidy bedrooms and well-kept kitchen. Thank you so much for letting us all stay! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends :)

My family of 5 adults had a lovely 8 nights stay in this home. It’s walking distance from the beach, Cavill Ave, shops, restaurants and more. It was spacious to stay in all day especially when it rained for 2 days straight. The air con was fabulous!! Was a comfortable temperature all the time and we felt no humidity at all. Fully equipped kitchen, fabulous bathrooms, and great communication from hosts. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home over Christmas. The house is spacious, well-maintained, and has a gorgeous outdoor area that we really enjoyed. The location is peaceful, and the house itself is stylish and comfortable. While there were a couple of minor issues during our stay, which we brought to the owner’s attention, we understand that these couldn't be addressed immediately due to the holiday timing. The owner was very friendly, professional, and responsive, making sure to communicate openly with us throughout. One thing to note is that the living room doesn't have a TV, which was a bit surprising, but we still had a great time making the most of the space. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

We had read the reviews so we’re not expecting perfection, but for what we were wanting it was amazing! Great location, lots of space and the pool with its views was the definite highlight!! Both adults and kids had an absolute ball! Luxury holidays were fantastic to deal with, they allowed our baby rental gear to be dropped off and picked up before and after we left, and gave us a last minute late checkout as our plane was delayed.

We stayed at Andrew's place for 6 nights. Andrew responded to questions very quickly and made our stay comfortable. The house was clean and had all the utensils that we needed to cook with when required. The lawns and pool are beautiful and the proximity to shops is excellent. We would consider staying there again for future holidays to the Gold Coast.

Lynne’s House was beautiful, great location , and the added bonus was the swimming pool . Great for a family holiday.
