The Spillway Cottage at Samford Lakes

Spacious cottage situated right on the lake with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The cottage consists of a large open plan room with comfy sofas, tv, dvd, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, king sized bed and bathtub. There is a second bedroom that has a double and single bed and a separate bathroom. You your own deck with gas bbq overlooking the lake and have access to use the on site facilities, pool, tennis court, sauna, wood-fired pizza oven and lake activities.

Relax with the whole family or just the two of you at this peaceful place to stay. An easy 100m stroll to the beautiful Pumistone Passage waterway for fishing, boating, and swimming. A minutes walk to the playground and Corner Store to indulge in some old school TakeAway food or a big breaky and coffee. Nip across the road to the Bowling Club for an evening meal. A circuit of walking paths along the water and through the township. The shack has a huge lawn for playing outdoors.

With such close access to the beach, you’ll be swimming, BBQing or relaxing within 10mins of your arrival. Margate, Woody point & Redcliffe restaurants are walk, ride or drive from the front door. Take the boardwalk all the way along the beach front to Redcliffe center. Great for couples, families with kids over 2 years, business travellers & holiday makers.

Bertha the Bus with gorgeous outlook

A perfect getaway from the mayhem. A stay in Bertha gives you the opportunity to have a few days, or longer, in a tranquil setting with views over the dam. You can do as little or as much as you like, relax for your entire stay, take a bush walk, swim or paddle in the dam, enjoy the fire pit, or chat to the animals. If you'd like to venture away from the property we are close to the Glasshouse Mountains, Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Bribie Island or D'Aguilar National park.
