Cabin holiday rentals in Brighton

We had an excellent time at this cabin, comfortable seating, ample room for large meals what a fun place The kitchen was so well stocked: toaster, air fryer, oven, coffee, machine, knife blocks tons of cooking pots, pans, and cooking sheets, spices -I didn’t expect it to be so well stocked, and it was such a pleasant surprise, making cooking communal meals, extra lovely.

Great place for a nice solo weekend getaway. Everything was cute and cozy and the hot tub was clean and hot. For those of you with bad backs, the bed is pretty smooshy, so not a lot of support there. I wouldn’t let it deter you from staying there though, it’s a great little place.

When I arrived I was amazed at how remote and private I immediately felt. The home truly felt like I was at an up north cottage. I could not see or hear the neighbors and it is positioned far enough of the main road that you cannot hear the traffic, or see the road for that matter. The parking is very generous and private and I immediately felt relaxed and peaceful. I stayed for one night to get away, unwind and relax and that is exactly what I received. I had a couple of questions for the host, so I messaged through the app and even though it was very late (approx 1:30 am) I received a response within 10 mins and he was incredibly helpful. The home was clean, open and inviting. I will definitely book this property again in the future when I need to get away and reset because this is the perfect place for that without a long drive.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was huge, offering plenty of space to spread out and lots of fun activities for everyone. It was cozy and perfect for a winter getaway—we loved spending time playing games and relaxing together. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Very cozy and comfortable place! Much more spacious than it seemed from the pictures, comfortably accommodated 10 people. Sauna and Hot Tub were excellent and enjoyable. The sauna is extremely nice and worked very well. The host was very friendly and graciously granted an extended check out time, without us having to ask, due to winter storms hitting Detroit on the morning of checkout.

The cabin was lovely and right across the street from the lake. We went in December but it would probably be so fun to visit in the summer and go swimming

Our second year staying here for a family retreat. It is difficult to find an Airbnb that sleeps 8, but also has room for 8 at the kitchen table and on the sofa, and we are appreciative that this property does. Well stocked and comfortable.

Alan was very accommodating and communicated very well. We’d definitely recommend staying here and will be doing again ourselves.

This cozy little gem is a great little getaway place for a weekend stay. All your basic amenities. Clean, easy check in and such a great view. Walking distance to a few places to eat, but not to far from Ann Arbor either. Host was very responsive; friendly. I would totally stay there again.

It was a great location and beautiful lake view. The family room was comfortable. Tiffany was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

My sister and I had a peaceful long weekend at Fish Tales. It was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake. It was fun to take the kayaks out and just RELAX. The cottage was a short drive to the swim race location at Half Moon lake that we were visiting for. If you are looking for a peaceful spot with beautiful views this is for you,

We chose this cabin as our Christmas destination spot this year. Easily accommodated 5 adults and 5 kids under the age of 12, all of which were entertained by all the cabin has to offer. We’ve stayed in lots of cabins and this was our favorite! It was so gorgeous, private and peaceful. Annette was so responsive and hosted us wonderfully making sure a tree was up and there were Christmas decorations out and about to make it extra festive. Can’t say enough great things about our stay.

We stayed at Aarons place while visiting Detroit, frankmuth and Lansing as it was a good center point. it's off a dirt/gravel road, back in a stand of pines. it's lovely and quiet back where the cabin sits and it was snowing when we arrived. The beds were nice, the kitchen had everything we needed, and overall it was pretty clean. bring your own cast iron pans though because scratched up nonstick is all that's available, if that's your thing. there's no wifi. we were able to hotspot to the TV but verizons reception was iffy so there was a lot of buffering. also there is only one bedroom with a door and it's downstairs. the upstairs loft with three beds is completely open to the downstairs so any noise/lights going on from downstairs can be heard upstairs. it wasn't a huge deal but my kids did wake up earlier than usual due to the sun/me making breakfast. overall it met our expectations and the property certainly makes it worth it.

The experience at Mully and Deb’s cabin exceeded my expectations for a personal retreat. Being right on the walking path is such a treasure - with so many hiking paths just steps away outside. I was amazed out how incredibly quiet the location was. I could be out in those woods and hear no human activity. Fantastic! The cabin is extremely cozy with two reclining chairs that look out over the forest. This is where I found myself for hours reading and journaling. The wood fired stove is more than enough to keep you warm - even in this cooler time. And of course breakfast was a sure highlight - prepared with a lot of thoughtfulness. If you’re looking for a retreat - look no further than this cabin on the path.

Host was amazing! They pd close attention to detail. Had personal note for my husband and I, snacks, water decorations for valentines great atmosphere, beautiful cabin and scenery and place immaculate, will be booking again in the near future! Huge THANK YOU to our Host for everything you did for us!

The Lodge was a great place for our family to stay for a family wedding! We had a great experience, very close to lovely Clarkston! Dan was really great. The lodge was a great place fore us to gather and relax for this fun event. Hanging out during the day as well after events. It was great!

Maurice was very responsive, the fishing was fantastic off the dock, real nice place to stay
