Monthly Rentals in Brie-sous-Barbezieux

No complaints, the house is clean, spacious, and well renovated. There is everything you need to stay a few nights to a few weeks (equipped kitchen, washing machine, coffee machine, tv, fiber...). The location is ideal if you want to rest in peace while having access to all amenities at 15min. Angouleme and Bordeaux are not far away either. Ludivine and Geoffrey were very welcoming and accommodating during our stay, we were in full purchase of real estate in the area, and coming from the Netherlands it allowed us to breathe a little time to do all the administrative steps required. We had our pug with it and the available space allowed it to enjoy a little of the great outdoors. Self check-in is always convenient especially when you have a lot to do, and it allows you to leave the key in the box when you leave to avoid losing it unnecessarily during the day. Bonus point, Gaia's presence <3

We spent 2 nights for work ... the environment was very relaxing , quiet , surrounded by horses with a nice view of the Charente countryside... the accommodation is functional and very pleasant! Thanks to Stéphanie for hosting us and for the little touches upon arrival 🐓 Everything is great for a stay away from big cities

Perfect place to relax - Jane was an excellent host and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was stress free. The property is warm and had everything we needed. Appreciated the welcome basket of food and the kitchen is very well equipped. Bathroom great and nice linens. Highly recommend.

We were visiting for a motorbike race, very welcoming person, really peaceful place and very beautiful estate. I recommend this property, it's very rare to find an airbnb with quality amenities!
