Monthly Rentals in Brewerton

The Lakehouse was a great place to celebrate Thanksgiving! Shaun and I communicated early and often about what was in the kitchen, so I only had to pack exactly what I needed for our holiday meal. We added a card table to make space for our guests & it worked out perfectly. The house is spacious and comfortable and the sunrise view can’t be beat!

Convenient quiet Place

The apartment was comfy, had all the basic amenities, and was located within walking distance of some nice walking trails and restaurants. With that being said, there appeared to be some unhoused people around the area but overall felt safe at the apartment. Had a few packages sent that arrived, and Carlotta was nice enough to put one inside the apartment for me when it got there early. Fast internet. Parking at the apartment was ample, but a little tricky if you're not used to city parking. Thanks, again, Carlotta, for offering this space!

Great location, clean and quiet. High-speed wifi and a nice work station in the downstairs office area made it easy for us to work remotely. We have medical condition that requires home cooking. The well stocked Kitchen with glass storage containers, ample silverwares and plates made our cooking life easier. Communicating with Renee and Anne was smooth. Thank you Renee, Anne!
