Holiday rentals with a kayak in Brevard County

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Being able to sit outside and enjoy the peaceful view, watching many different types of birds was so relaxing. The billiards table and chess set got lots of use during our stay - it was great to have something fun to do at the house when we weren’t kayaking, going to the Brevard zoo, or visiting Sebastian Inlet park! We were able to do some cooking and so appreciated having everything we needed in the well-appointed kitchen, including k-cups for the Keurig and enough paper products to last us the few days we stayed. Andrei was an accommodating and responsive host. Wonderful stay centrally located to the beautiful Space Coast!

What a great home Derek offers! Nicely furnished, clean, well-stocked, great location. Gleason Park…just a couple of blocks away, is a wonderful resource. Hard to find any faults in this home! We (plus our 11.5 year old Lab) had a great stay!

We cannot say enough positive things about our two week stay. The home is lovely and spacious, with multiple areas for different activities. The outdoor space is incredible. We enjoyed kayaking and seeing dolphins and manatees right off the dock. The view of the shuttle launches is amazing. The walk to the beach is easy and the beach wagon came in very handy. We loved the pool and hot tub. They were well maintained during our stay. We used the well equipped kitchen for meals daily. Our hosts were responsive and friendly. They take great pride in their property.

Our stay at John & Monica's place was incredible! Amazing location-- quiet but very easy to walk to the beach and restaurants, stroll around the neighborhood, and chill in the beautiful backyard. They had great recommendations and helpful tools to get to know the area around the home. The house was very clean and stocked with so many fun activities such as games and billiards-- we loved the hammock and hangout area in the backyard. It also had a lot of beach equipment and towels which was good, too. It was awesome! Thank you John and Monica :) We would love to come back!

Kristen and her husband, Keith, were great with their response time. The oven did not work (due to an error code) while we were there, but it wasn’t a big deal. The stovetop was all we needed. Keith did stop in while we were at the beach to try to troubleshoot, but was unable to fix it. I let them know it wasn’t an issue, though. It could wait until after our stay. The backyard was fabulous. One day we opted to not even go to the beach. We just hung out in the pool and hot tub all day! The string of lights in the backyard was a great touch to the atmosphere. All in all, a great stay and I would definitely recommend!

Great home, pool, yard! Perfect for low key spring break with family. Plenty of towels, toys, comfortable couch & beds. Heated pool was used constantly by the kids - even on the cooler day! Easy check in and out. Thank you!

Tim, his family, and Cassidy were absolutely outstanding. From the clear communication, to the flexible check in process, the beautiful home and all of the little details the property was everything we could’ve asked for and more. Tim and his crew really make sure you are treated like family, but you feel like you’re at home too. We will definitely be repeat customers for this property!

Beautiful home, I love that it is right on the water ♥️ My husband caught more fish on the dock that we did the whole time in the ocean. Very clean, and had more than everything we needed.

We had a great stay at this property. It was perfect for us. The location was ideal. We are celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and love walking the beach, biking, reading quietly, and visiting the Space Center and local restaurants. This was our third visit to this area, but we believe this unit suits us best. It was a quiet, peaceful one-bedroom unit, with an open feel with adequate room for eating, relaxing, writing and has a small, private, outdoor patio. We would love to return and stay again if we have the opportunity. Kay, our host, was very friendly, helpful and responsive.

Great location and very fairly priced, also the house is clean and well maintained.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The kids loved going out on the pier to watch the dolphins and the sunset. The cottage is very cute and homey. The hosts are very friendly. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay, right on the water, in a super private, roomy, quaint vintage home all to ourselves. We regularly saw dolphins, manatees and many different birds in and around the river. Water is a little shallow for fishing off the dock. But you can paddle out a bit further in the kayaks that are tucked away in the boat house. Downtown was right up the road with lots of bars, restaurants and shops, with more across the river on beach side.

The place was really comfortable, and perfect for our family of 4. Loved the proximity to the beach and places to eat. The place had everything you need, and a nice area outside to enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine in the evening. Jacki was really responsive. The place is really clean, plenty of towels. We didn't cook on this trip, but if we did, Jacki has everything you may need.

Wonderful! We had a great three weeks. We walked to restaurants and the beach. We used Jackie’s kayaks to travel the canals and her bikes to explore the neighborhoods. But best of all Jackie’s place was more than we expected. She takes excellent care of the house and her guests. You truly can move in with nothing but your suitcase. EVERYTHING you need for the home, the beach and the fishing pier is provided. I thought the outside furniture would be shared but it is not. You have the entire back patio furnished with several sitting/eating areas all to yourself. The neighborhood is quiet but you are just two blocks from A1A. Jackie is an excellent host and takes special care of her guests. We highly recommend Jackie’s place.
