Fantastic property! Perfect location across the street from Paradise Beach. The restaurant next door - Bunky’s - is fantastic. All around lovely!

The house was very well stocked and very clean. Neighborhood is quiet/safe and the backyard is incredible. Love how organized (and labeled) everything was! 10/10 would stay here again and/or recommend!

This is the second time we stayed at Tricia’s place and enjoyed it all over again. A great location and we love the pool.

Bill’s house looks like an ordinary small bungalow from the outside but inside is a beautifully renovated spacious beach-themed home that is perfectly staged. Kitchen well equipped, beds comfortable, fenced yard, fur babies welcome. Nice location for restaurants, shopping and bass fishing at Fellsmere. Rooney’s just off the main road is a local hangout from 4-7. We have family near downtown Melbourne so we are in the area several times a year. Always looking for a good place to stay and this home checks all the boxes. Bill is responsive, generous and a friendly host. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Michael and Phoenix are wonderful host’s. Their home is beautiful, clean and welcoming you feel right at home. The views are incredible. The house was very stocked beyond our expectations. It has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Our family had an amazing time. There were 13 of us, over the holiday we had plenty of room, it is very spacious. The hot tub was an extra nice thing especially since it was too cold to go in the water at the beach. There are many extras. We made wonderful memories and you will too!!

Haitham was a wonderful host. Immediately meet any concerns we had and even bought a toaster when we asked if there was one in the home. Very pleasant and his first concern is that you have everything to enjoy your stay worry free. Definitely recommend.

This is the second year in a row my sister and I stayed at Lisa's place in Melbourne while attending the Florida Gourd Festival. As creatives, we loved the macrame decor throughout the home! The home is roomy and has a fenced back yard. It is conveniently located near where the festival is held. We had such a wonderful experience last year that we immediately re-booked for this year, and have already booked for next year! Thank you for sharing your home with us! :-)

Since the.momemt of my arrival it was absolutely peaceful smooth transition to vaction mode. The place was very neat clean relaxing i had tonfroce myself to go out because i rather stay and lounge around. Marias' beautiful garden of plants, flowers and orchids were so pleasant to sit among and soak up the sun. Maria truly was a gracious host Maria respects the privacy of her guest 100%. We absolutely loved our stay at Lindsey’s place. It felt like home away from home. Watching the sunrise and being able to have the ocean as our backyard was priceless. We enjoyed walks at the beach and picnic with a view. The place is small, but perfectly equipped with everything you need. Great for a couple with small children. Lindsey was so responsive and addressed issues right away. We truly appreciated her prompt communication and recommendations in the area. We hope to be back.

Jeff and Kristal’s place was just as described! It was comfortable, clean, beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Felt extremely safe. Was way better than staying at a hotel before our cruise. Was a very easy 25 minute drive to the cruise port. Will definitely be back!

This is a cozy little cottage style place. There is a gas fireplace that I used a few times. The kitchen is tiny but functional. Had dishes pots and pans. Ashely was very responsive and helpful with questions. The unit is 1 block off main street. Resturants were all walkable. Very close to the beach. I would stay here again.

Absolutely amazing AirBnB. Would definitely return! The view alone is worth it. Beach is very private and had few people. Deck is wonderful. House furniture is great too. Very responsive host too that professionally handled any issues we had (like checking in). The bugs outside are no joke though. You'll need bug spray if hanging on the deck.

very nice place if you want to be right on the beach in a quiet area. it's great for one or 2 people. The host was very nice and helpful. and we had a great time. will definitely come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laura's condo. It was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. The ocean view from the balcony is beautiful! Laura is a very kind and responsive host. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

My husband and I stayed for 4 overnights visiting friends in the area. The place was very comfortable, great bed and a really nice, large screened porch in the trees with plenty of comfortable furniture and a dining table for four, where we entertained our friend. This second story flat was less than a half block from a scenic stroll down Indian River parkway and about 6 blocks to Cocoa Village with many restaurants. The heating, which we needed to use because we were visiting during a cold spell, worked very well. Laundry on site is a great plus. The kitchen was well-appointed. We didn’t get to use the outdoor covered BBQ area which looked very inviting. Kelsy responded immediately to the few minor things we asked her about. We would definitely stay here again and hope to be able to do so when we come back to Florida.

We loved staying here for a weekend as a family. The house is spacious and was great for sitting in the living room together or outside at the table. The kitchen was super stocked with seasonings, foil, pots and pans. We had everything we needed to make food and hang out as a group. The patio is also spacious, the pool was a little chilly for the adults in November but the kids didn’t seem to mind at all. This was my siblings first time at an Airbnb and it convinced them to use Airbnb for future trips. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay for a get away with family and friends. Plenty of space for everyone.

Hate to publicize this house...for fear that I won't be able to book it again! Newly constructed (I was renter #1) and right on the beach, with a cabana room and pool/jacuzzi, a rooftop party deck and dining balcony overlooking the ocean, this modern house was designed for fun! Owners custom built this house with high end designer accents and furnishings...no goofy, cheap ass beach house decor (no seagull paintings, no "life's a beach" signs on the wall, no aqua blue painted bathrooms, etc...ughhh!). This is a high quality beach rental house...please don't screw it up so I can return in warmer weather!

House was as advertised - great place .. week was cut short by hurricane but that’s out of anyones control . Would glady stay here again .

This is the 4th or 5th time we've stayed here, and it's always clean and ready. Sushma responds immediately to any need we may have. She goes out of her way to make us feel at home...from lit deer in the yard to wreaths to a huge Christmas tree. This place is right between family we visit when in Florida. Thank you, Sushma, for a wonderful stay. We'll be back! Happy New Year!

Loved this house. this is definitely the quintessential cocoa beach stay. all you need for an amazing family vacation on the space coast! 10/10 :)
