super cozy house, accommodated a class of 13 quietly, well-equipped, very receptive and extremely clear host, we all say goodbye to the house with great memories. For sure this will be our favorite home when we seek lodging at Itamambuca beach.

I've stayed at the residence other times and catered to us very well. This time, we had a problem that the 1 bedroom ceiling fan was not working and some lacked some kitchen appliances.

The carrancas ranch was wonderful, extremely clean place, large bedrooms and bathrooms, a wonderful balcony with a breathtaking view, and a wonderful pool. The perfect place for those looking to rest, to have contact with nature, we received the visit of beautiful birds daily. I recommend to stay again when I return to Capitol.

Our stay at Casa do Araçá was wonderful, a family weekend in paradise. The house has all the utensils necessary for the stay in terms of kitchen, also the wardrobe part, air conditioning in the bedrooms and amenities to go to the beach (chairs, tent, toys), which makes it much easier for those who travel with children. Caiques, stand ups and their respective vests are also available, which is also a differential and makes for a lot of fun! Check in and check out without any problems, everything perfect...Rose and Livia always clarifying all the doubts regarding the house and surroundings... As a suggestion, is the purchase of an Airfryer... All perfect! Let's go back!

From the beginning, Viviane was well-educated and helpful. He gave clear instructions as to what was working or not in the apartment. The caretaker tb was very helpful. For us who traveled alone and by coach, the fact that we had beach chairs at our disposal was a good point. It is very close to pitangiras beach as well. I think it might have been a little more flexible on our checkout, where we had to pay an extra half a day even if it was a short period and not spending the night and we found the beds a little uncomfortable. Besides that, great experience. Cable TV, good Wi-Fi, tv in the two bedrooms, many fans available. Anyway, very complete and thoughtful fit.

The apartment was exactly the same as in the pictures and even better. A lot of space. We were in 6 people super at will, without clenching. The location is excellent. It has a sensational view. It does Not online offen you a Great view to the lake and a luxurious Swimmingpool, it incudes also nice visits from Little Monkeys, tucanos birds, butterflies…. A real tropical paradise The House itself is smart designed and furnitured. It is quiet and rural, nevertheles Hall is giving sou really great tips in due to Restaurants, Locations, and anything Else you Need. Bradley from far to come again there, all good halls and thank you again.

Gustavo's property is even more beautiful than on the photos. The view of the dam is eye-catching, especially in the morning, when sunlight leaves the water very clear, mixing in the horizon. The house is well planned, the intimate area separate from the social brings privacy and quiet to the rooms. The balconies greatly value the building. Staying in the kitchen/gourmet with the large windows and doors is delicious. If you want to enjoy the court, the property has a hammock, remember to bring a shuttlecock or ball. We were welcomed by Clovis, who introduced us to the house and all the amenities, and Gustavo was always ready to respond to us, give local tips, very available and attentive. The access to the house is easy, the dirt road is small, and the owner made a very useful video that leaves no doubt. We brought a puppy, and it was very quiet, the place is suitable for pets. We only have compliments, we highly recommend it!

We loved the place the house the service was great the place besides being beautiful is private. We will definitely come back again
