Krista and the other hosts are extremely sweet! Understanding and respond very fast! They are willing to help at all times and even come by to fix anything. I had an amazing birthday weekend, it was awesome and the master bed was so cute, so relaxing with a great view of the outside. Also Raisin and Chutes, the horses are sweet, especially Chutes❤️🥹

Staying at Jill & Bert’s place is like visiting the home of long-lost cousins – & that is how you are treated. They bend over backwards to make sure you feel at home in their charming, historic house. We were greeted by fresh-baked cookies & fresh flowers. You will find books, art & travel mementos in every nook & cranny. Our 3-generation group of 8 had all the space we needed with 2 sleeping spaces & 2 bathrooms on the first floor & 4 sleeping spaces & 2 bathrooms on the second floor. We did not have any issues with the other renters on the property, but were glad that Jill told us of their presence when we arrived, as we did hear an occasional thump from that side of the house or car door closing. The kitchen had all the space we needed to cook a holiday meal & the dining room had ample room for enjoying it. Jill even showed us where to find extra table linens to make it more festive. We loved having access to the hot tub and being able to walk to dinner one evening.

Our family had a great time in the peaceful setting of Down at the Farm. We enjoyed fishing in the pond and relaxing in and around the pool. The host was very friendly and welcoming. A great place to create family memories.

This property was well appointed with attractive decor, well supplied kitchen, comfortable furnishings and on a private street, which was quiet, but within a short distance to major highways.

This was an amazing experience. I started communicating with John 13 months before my sons wedding to stay there plus host a large rehearsal dinner. ( it grew to 80 people!). John allowed - welcomed me- to come see the property to check out the layout for what I needed giving my caterer information and planning for our stay. I needed to move furniture and a few other things and when I asked John if it was ok, his reply was, “it’s your house”, and I truly felt that way. It was comfortable and allowed for my family to stay and as we had a few revolving guests, John provided extra linens. The rehearsal dinner was on a hot August night and I had told folks to bring a bathing suit. Several of the bridal party and friends jumped in! The animals were fun and when a few of the kitties jumped in the car when we were leaving we were tempted to steal them! Our caterer for that dinner and a farewell brunch lived the set up of this place as well. I honestly cannot recommend it enough! Thanks John!

Our stay at Shaune & Ken's was super comfortable and lovely! The space was spotless, heat worked great and it was a great place to rest our heads at the end of a long workday. Love the small outdoor patio! They even provided snacks, woo! Would definitely recommend. Great area near tons of bars & restaurants as well :)

Kelly's cottage was perfect for me and my husband on our quick weekend trip! We loved how well stocked everything was, and the location was excellent! The cottage was easy to find and just like the description. We'll definitely try to stay again.

We absolutely LOVED staying at Phyllis’ rental! We brought our 3 dogs with us and they felt right at home during our stay. The suite had everything we needed, was very clean, and pretty soundproof (could barely hear anything within the main house). The surrounding neighborhood was also very pleasant to walk through and felt safe. Phyllis herself was also a delight to speak with and very accommodating. She’s also very quick to respond and so sweet. 10/10 we would definitely stay here again and couldn’t recommend it more!

We travel to Atlanta frequently for the food and shopping. When we do, we always try to rent Doo’s place first. We love staying here and Doo is such a wonderful host that always goes above and beyond. We feel like Doo is family and we are going to a relative’s house. You will love staying here. It is so clean, peaceful, and cozy.

Christiane was a great host. There was an issue in the beginning and we got in touch with her right away and she took care of it. Property was clean, nicely furnished.

We enjoyed staying at Dawn’s place. The cottage is very peaceful and quiet yet accessible to Decatur shops and restaurants. The space was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is large, with a spacious shower. Dawn was a very proactive and flexible host and communicated with us very well. We would definitely stay again.

Cute neighborhood, charming older bungalow. Very well appointed kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds and furniture. Nice shower with great water pressure! Large back yard. It was too cold to sit outside, but I can envision sitting on the deck grilling on the nice gas grill. Wi-fi was fast. It was a great place to land for 4 nights while we visited kids and grand kids. We ended up not bringing our dogs this time, which is why we initially selected Monica's place. It's perfect for people with dogs, and without. We will stay again.

So happy and satisfied with our stay here! Pablo was such an amazing host. So responsive and helpful through our entire stay. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

David's basement was as described and is in a private quiet area. Plenty of places to shop and eat nearby. David's girlfriend, Sandi, was extremely accommodating and would check in on me periodically to ask what would make my stay better. The hosts are very communicative and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean and peaceful home away from home.

We did an extended stay. The place is fantastic! Exactly as described, plenty of space and all the amenities you need to feel at home. Super comfortable beds and the patio overlooking the pool was a great spot for outdoor meals. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a longer stay!

Sara was a great host! We needed to evacuate our home in Florida due to hurricane Milton and she was a great help in finding us a well accommodated listing for our needs. The house is in a very cute, quiet neighborhood and is close to shopping places. We enjoyed relaxing outside in the backyard for a majority of our time! Thank you Sara! If we are ever in the area again we would love to stay!

We loved our stay here! Property is gorgeous, location is great and the space had everything we needed for a weekend excursion. Will definitely plan to book again.
