Great place to stay!!! It was perfect for us for a weekend!!! Would stay here again if in the area!!!

We had a wonderful week with our family. Everything was exactly as described - a lot of relaxation but close to the UGA games. Wonderful mix of both! Kitchen was well equipped for a perfect Thanksgiving feast. THANK YOU! Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay. Beautiful, relaxing place. The space is bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. Everything you need and more. Chris is quick to respond, and very hospitable. We appreciated how quick she was to answer our questions, and help us with anything we needed. Very genuine, down to earth folks. We were greeted by them and a wonderful, sweet dog. Laura Gilchrist

Beautiful home. Beds were comfortable. TV in front living space had no sound but we figured it out.

Bricey and Brad were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Our group thoroughly enjoy the outdoor fire table. We spent most of our time around the table. The putting green was an added feature that we enjoyed. The outdoor setting of the large stream flowing through the back yard made their place very relaxing. Beds were comfortable and the home was very spacious. Excellent rental property close to Athens.

Love staying at Peter’s place ! This was our 2nd year in a row staying for the G-Day game ! Peter is always responsive and the place is always clean and has exactly what we need. Peaceful area without being too far from downtown Athens ! We will be back next year !

Parker was great! Very responsive and kind. The area is very quiet and beds were comfy.

Great place to book if you ever need it. When compared to nearby places that are priced similarly, this location exceeded expectations. Was able to host 6 guests comfortably. Beautiful and quiet location. Every guest stated it felt as if we got the place for a bargain. Only constructive feedback would be to consider adding curtains or blinds to the living room windows since it is a big, picture window. Would gladly stay again next time we visit the area.
