Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Boyne Valley Township

Great, cozy place. Modern, very clean. Quick response from the hosts. We went for ski weekend. However, it seems a lot of activities you can do in the summer time. Highly recommended for a small family.

This is probably the most peaceful place we have stayed thus far. Between the nightly bonfires & a cozy wood fire sauna we felt like we were at a spa. The house & design are exactly to our taste. I absolutely love the polished concrete floor! It was meticulously clean & the kitchen is fully stocked for any kind of cooking. Also John & Lauren were very responsive & helpful when we had a question about the sauna. Usually at the end of vacation I’m ready to go home but we could’ve stayed another week easily.

This was the perfect home to create new memories with friends for our annual Boyne ski trip. The home was very spacious for our group of 13. Huge bonus with access to Kitz Cabin that's just a short walk and even shorter drive away - allowing us to access the ski runs from there. Jason was extremely communicative and always quick to respond. Highly recommend this place!

Great spot for a fun ski weekend at Boyne. Ideal location for ski on ski off, as the Disciples lift is a 4-6 minute walk. Comfy beds and all the stuff you'd need in the kitchen to cook at home. Highly recommend this place and hope we have the opportunity to come back!

Exactly as pictured and was very well equipped with what we needed (bring ground coffee). We took advantage of the private beach club - what a gem! I can see this being a great spot for all seasons. The only thing (which is out of the control of the owners) is that you’ll definitely hear your neighbors upstairs and on the deck. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here with another family (9 total) and there was tons of leftover space. It was nice being able to walk either the Disciples lift or the main Lodge (Mountain Express lift). Derek and Nicole were also extremely accommodating when we had some issues with our trip logistics. We lucked out with some fresh snow and amazing skiing conditions. Thanks again for a great stay!

We had a blast! Close proximity to a chair lift. If there had been more snow, we could have skied straight to the chair lift.

This was our third time renting this home for our annual ski trip. Excellent location between both ski hills. Easy to take a break from the hills and run back there for lunch and warm up. Thanks again!

Great little Chalet in the middle of the woods. Second time staying here and would love to come back for a third time. You cannot go wrong staying at Rachael's place:)

Tressia was a great host who was quick to communicate, proactive and helpful. When the cleaning was completed she reached out immediately to let us check in early. We were also allowed to have a later check out since the availability worked out. The residence was larger than expected and comfortably accommodated our group of 7. We easily could have had more people. The residence was clean and had all the amenities we needed to make meals. The beds were comfortable and warm. The decor is a 90s feel and could be updated but matches the charm of Northern Michigan. The condo above can be noisy with hearing footsteps so light sleepers beware or plan to sleep on the ground floor instead. Otherwise it was a fantastic experience and the location right on the slopes was the best I've had in skiing in Michigan. We would stay again!

We had a large group stay at Matthew’s place and can’t say enough how great it was! We were able to ski in and hop right back onto disciple’s within minutes! The space was perfect for our group and had everything we needed. Matthew was an awesome host and was responsive and polite to any and all of my questions. We can’t thank Matthew enough! We will be back!

This cottage was an absolute delight! We loved staying here and will absolutely check its availability if we’re in the area again. Nancy was so kind, and left out all sorts of snacks and coffee for us. Everything in the house was very well organized and well-labeled, with clear instructions on how to use everything. She also left plenty of kindling and firewood for a couple of fires, and, although we didn’t get a chance to use them, the snowshoes looked to be very high quality. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely, perfect for walking and hiking in the Mt. McSauba recreation area. Super close to the downtown area too, with lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and window shopping, even in the middle of winter/off season. Really a lovely place to spend a weekend and I can’t say enough good things!

Connie's place is a lovely space for 1-2 people. Plenty of room to get around the condo and everything was up to date. The decor was very lovely providing a sense of peace and calm. I enjoyed the nature surroundings as well. Thank you Connie.

Second time staying at Roberts place. It was perfect the first time and perfect the second time. Well laid out condo, with many thoughtful amenities. Parking is great too.....right next to the door. We will be back for sure!

Up North was a great place for our family of 5 to stay. It was close to skiing at Schuss Mountain and not too far from other ski resorts. Plenty of room for all of us. House was clean, which I always appreciate! Host was very responsive and answered all our questions. A hot tub on the deck would be the perfect addition to this great cabin:). We would stay here again!

We had such a relaxing stay at Kevin's cottage. We cross-country skiied around right out the door and all around the large property. It is so peaceful in the winter. Great place to recharge.

This was the perfect accommodation at Boyne Mountain for two families to spend time together relaxing, skiing, and enjoying all the fun activities at the resort. We loved how close it was to the ski lifts, restaurants, water park, and tubing hill. It was easy to run home to grab a fresh neck tube or swap out mittens. We never moved our car from the time we arrived until check out! The living room was super cozy and the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a couple of meals together. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a couple of questions during our stay and the hosts were super quick to respond and make sure we had what we needed. We would love to come back and stay next year!

Great cabin! The location was fantastic - walkable to the lodge at Otsego and a quick drive (5 min) into town. Very peaceful and beautiful! We were very comfortable and had a great stay.

stayed up at Ryans air b&b for a ski vacation with 5 good friends and now my new fiance! place was clean, easy to find and nice and close to Boyne. The hot tub was awesome after a long day of skiing, would 10/10 recommend, also Ryan's communication was great with us whenever we had any questions, thanks again Ryan!

Very clean and well kept! Didn’t feel like a rental, we felt right at home. The cabin was decorated super cute and felt secluded even though it is in a community. We especially loved the fire place and hot tub. Easy access to the alpine lift as well. The mattresses weren’t especially comfortable, but not a big deal.

Little hidden gem, our group had a great time and look forward to staying again. Overall A++! Thank you Jennifer!

This cabin was perfect for our group. The hot tub was an amazing bonus! Unfortunately this winter has not been one to allow for many snow activities, but spending time with friends at the cabin was the perfect weekend. Nicole’s cabin included three bedrooms, the majority of space in the bunk bed room. The bunks were stiff but did the job for the number of people we had. Kitchen was great for breakfast! We really enjoyed our stay here, and weekend in Boyne.
