Fantastic location, perfectly situated for both coastal and Forest days. Peaceful and with a lovely pub very near by. Lovely views across Lymington River. Nice sized accommodation with everything you need. Ideal. Pam is an excellent host, lets you just get on with it, friendly and informative communication. Would recommend and would return.

The host was extremely responsive and helpful. They offered the option of an earlier check in which suited me perfectly. The place was clean, warm, cosy and in a quiet location, close to where I wanted to explore. It was everything I needed for the trip away. Thanks once again!

A really well located little house. Small but enough room for our little family. Excellent location for the ferry and Yarmouth. Parking is a pain but the local carpark is not far and there is so much to do on the Island you could easily be out for the day or not bring the car. There were a few niggles with the house but Bree communicated really well and was super helpful. It had everything you could need to be self-sufficient for a few days stay. Would definitely stay again.
