Enjoyed our stay. Host thought of everything. House spotless. Especially appreciated the garage. We were close to family and enjoyed having a place to rest at the end of the day. Thank you for your hospitality!

This was our second time to stay over 30+ days; both stays were outstanding. Everything we needed for a long term stay was provided. Multiple choices for shopping, supermarkets, & restaurants were within 1-2 miles. There was access to many county open spaces within driving/biking distance. We will definitely try to stay here when we return to the area again.

Great place in rural Erie with a beautiful view of the front range and lots of space. The property is large and in warmer weather would be a treat to enjoy (it was cold during my stay). Jon's dogs are super sweet and were very nice to my 2 dogs. The guest house is quite clean and fully equipped.
