There are towers 1 and 2, and there is a shared outdoor pool and a small park on the 7th floor.There are restaurants, a convenience store, and a coin laundry on the first floor, so you can live a normal life.Great for kids.

Really great stay in KK. Air bnb is in a good location, close to the jetty. Apartment was as described and perfect for four. Beds were comfortable and linen and towels were clean.

I had a very nice stay at Catherine’s place. This place is highly recommended for a week’s stay and I really recommend Catherine as a host. She knows how to entertain guests and in my experience of booking Airbnbs, she was the friendliest I met. The place is really spacious, and there’s even a TV, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine inside. It was like being at home even if I was actually in a different city. I highly recommend people to book her place. Thanks Catherine for the hospitality and for being approachable. You even adjusted my check in and check out times just to fit in with my flight and move in schedules. That’s superior service. 💯

We were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. The host, Vincent went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and his prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The property is absolutely clean and stylish. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and within walking distances to various attractions. Of course as it mentions, it offers a beautiful seaview! Definitely worth the stay and extremely satisfied.

Really enjoyed my stay at Emily’s place. The location is convenient, has a great view,the apartment is clean and Emily is so helpful in ensuring my stay is as comfortable as possible . This will be my go to place when I visit KK.

Centrally located. It is very convenient to go to the harbor, shop and eat. Although the room is not large, it is very cozy and clean, which is suitable for a family of three. The host was very hospitable and offered to help. Thank you very much!

We traveled with friends, and the six of us (four adults and two kids) stayed at Welyne and Gilles' home during our visit to Sarawak. We all had a wonderful time. The house is situated in a peaceful and scenic location, perfect for relaxing and recharging. It’s also conveniently close to the Semenggoh Wildlife Centre, about a 30-minute drive from downtown. The house itself is well-maintained, comfortable with pool, and very well equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. Welyne and Gilles were excellent hosts—very friendly and accommodating. We especially appreciated the opportunity to learn more about the local culture, enjoy delicious meals, and take part in a durian tasting that Welyne kindly arranged. Thank you for a lovely stay. We hope to visit again in the future!

No 5 star review can give this magical place justice!! From the minute we checked in Reed and Nor went above and beyond to accommodate our family. The house is absolutely stunning and the views are spectacular! Nothing was too much and Reed and Nor who set the bar high to make sure all of our bucket wish list was met! We experienced the most magical snorkeling, swimming with over 50 turtles on a majestic wall outcrop. My 10 year old son swam, played and fished with the local children. The home cooked food and company was incredible, making the whole experience feel like Christmas. I cannot recommend this place enough as you are guaranteed not only to stay in an incredible water front house, meet incredible locals, experience incredible adventures but create amazing memories with amazing people to last a lifetime. A massive big fat thank you to Reed and Nor for taking care our us and for making us feel like part of the family x

My husband and I really enjoyed staying with Mr. & Mrs. Rajis and her family. The family is so kind and very generous. The home fit our needs perfectly. After a long day hiking at the national park it was a great place for us to rest and we enoyed cooking our meals of the local produce we purchased at the farmer's market. I would highly reccomend staying here, especially if you are visiting the National Park. It was the perfect accommodation for our trip.

The homestay was incredibly comfortable and looked exactly like the photos provided. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and as described. A great value for the money—highly recommended!

Enjoyed our stay very much. The host is very responsive to our needs. Totally worth the price. What we like is every bedroom has ensuite bathroom. Suitable for those who want privacy and peaceful ( very quiet) environment… Love the place. Totally recommended for those who wants privacy . But you need to have your own transport or else take grab..

We loved staying at Grace Guesthouse. We loved the stream and spent an entire day just playing there. There are spectacular views just outside the house. It's away from any modern amenities, but one goes here to get away from the city life. Would be lovely if we could return here sometime. Thank you for all your help and kindness!

The host was particularly friendly, I checked in at night and had a lot of questions to ask, she would always reply patiently, including needing to leave luggage would also recommend a nearby storehouse.Awesome! I'll choose you when I come back to Kota Kinabalu again😊😊

It was perfect. It was expensive compared to nearby accommodations, but it was worth the money. I stayed with my parents for 6 people with a 6-year-old child, and 3 people including children slept in one bed in a large room, and it was okay. The second large room was a very pretty bed room with a very pretty background outside, and my parents went to sleep. The last small room is a good room for my brother-in-law. There is a bathroom in each room, and there is one small toilet in the living room. There was a washing machine, so I washed my water clothes right away and put them on again. It was nice that it was convenient because it was close to the Imago Mall restaurant. I had a nice stay. My parents used Airbnb a lot while traveling in Southeast Asia, but it's the best place I've been.💙
