this homestay accommodation were great and good if you have a large group member to stay in a place with several option of room. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. loved the convenient location close to city and major attractions. I was completely impressed with the place. Really enjoyed staying here with the great respond by the host.

There are plenty of restaurants and eateries just downstairs of the apartment. There is a supermarket and Guardian for any essentials. The apartment is very clean and new. The kitchen had all the essentials. The water filter machine was convenient.

Great place to stay with family. Spacious living room and bedrooms. very comfortable. Nearby to various shops. Recommended to stay in Sandakan.

this unit was highly recommended for short stay. host have few others units also which she recommend to u based on ur preferences. host was highly responsive. economical stay but comes with swimming pool n sunset view from rooftop.

I'm very satisfied with the accommodation! As it was my second trip to Kota Kinabalu, I knew where to stay, but it was close to the night market, and nearby restaurants were all within a 10-minute walk, and it was a 15-minute walk from the nearby mall and Jesselton! They said they wouldn't take a taxi with wet clothes after playing in the water, so when I went, I walked when I came by taxi, but it was a good enough distance to walk! Oh, and the host was kind and proceeded with a late checkout, so I was able to stay comfortably even though it was a night flight! There was a saying that The Shore smelled in the bathroom, but it smelled a little when I first entered! But after staying for 3 nights, it was okay from the next day! If you don't use it, the smell seems to come up more! Oh, and another good thing! The balcony is a godsend! I sat on the balcony of the plane passing by and said hello, and I could see the pool right below, so it was nice to go to the pool, sit on the balcony, drink coffee, and see if there were a lot of people in the pool! My parents were also satisfied with the accommodation!
