Very clean, new and complete everything. Quiet area and very well connected to the center of Bordeaux by tram (less than 15 minutes). The host is always available.

We had a fabulous stay. The apartment is right next to a tram stop for easy access around the city and the immediate area Chartrons is so lovely to mooch around. It was our favourite part of Boredeaux! The apartment was beautifully decorated, well equipped and extremely comfortable. Frank wad very attentive and kindly met us to handover keys despite us arriving late in the evening. We would happily return.

Dominique is very welcoming and friendly. The apartment is very clean and functional!!! We have a balcony with beautiful views of Bordeaux. It is a short walk to the Cité du Vin. There is a bakery and Lydll supermarket just in front. To get to the city center, we take the tram line B which is very close to the Cité du vin and it gets us there in 15 minutes. Bordeaux is a beautiful city and the atmosphere is very pleasant.

I recommend it, the accommodation is clean, spacious, very well maintained with a nice balcony. Very well located near amenities and tram at the foot of the building During my stay I was not able to meet the owner because of illness but always present in messages To be done again, I recommend it
