Nestled on the border between Tuscany and Umbria it has been recently renovated with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning/heat pump, and spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Good WIFI. Patio equipment includes a table and 4 chairs (for guests!) and deck chairs plus an electric BBQ.

In front of the tent there is a large terrace with a table, chairs and deckchairs.
