Holiday rentals with lake access in Bolsena

Giuliana's Villa is beautiful (better than in the photo). Surrounded by greenery and overlooking the lake. Peace of the senses! Highly recommended!!!

Anna's apartment is amazing! We decided to arrive spontaneously and Anna was available for all our questions and let us arrive at a late hour of the night. Despite the cold and dark at night, she was waiting for us on the main street to direct us to the apartment. In addition, she asked her friend to come with her to help with English translation. The apartment is very clean, the beds are comfortable and we slept really well at night. We were 4 people and a baby and there was lots of space for all of us and our belongings. There is a fully equipped kitchen and we could cook and prepare food for all of us. Anna made us cake and cookies, juice and milk, and we were very excited to prepare things for us despite the short notice. We received recommendations from Anna for a very special trip place in the area (bangoregio) and we had a great time there. Anna's warm hospitality and her recommendations made the night she slept the highlight of our trip in Italy. Unfortunately we could only stay one night but we are sure we will return to Anna's apartment in the future. Very recommended!

Sara is a very kind and proactive host. She met all our needs, responding promptly and in detail. The place is very quiet, the house is particular because it is arranged on a spur of rock. It has the outdoor hot tub that can be used even in winter (half anhour at most because then the temperature drops) and since, of course, it takes many hours before it gets hot in winter, we did it in the morning because it was booked late. The bathtub has very evocative and romantic lights on it and we will definitely come back in the spring to enjoy it even in the evening. Salvatore kindly helped us with luggage (200 meters from walking), so there was no problem. Very well cared for and creative interior, with wallpaper gorgeous headboard, guitar for those who know how to play and various games. There is a window that does not have a curtain (specifically) but there are masks for those who have problems with the light. Everything is perfect and highly recommended.

Our stay at this place was very nice! The pool was very clean and was cleaned every night. Although you share the pool with three other apartments, it was always very quiet and pleasant in the accommodation. Our highlight was also the pizza oven with which we made very tasty fresh pizza!

The entire stay met our expectations. Claudia welcomed us to a beautiful place with our 2 large dogs. We had a great time. The fenced-in property was a great opportunity to fuss our cuddles at the same time for enjoying coffee while watching the lake. It was great! Thank you so much for the opportunity. The only mistake on our stay was the short time we had for our vacation.

Patrizia was a great host, very kind and very helpful. As soon as she arrived, she gave us great tips on places to visit and places to have lunch nearby. She welcomed us with a delicious tart and biscuits for our little dogs. The house was thoroughly clean and complete with everything you need, including firewood! We also found the location very convenient, surrounded by nature but a few kilometers from several very nice villages to visit. We had a really great weekend!

Me, my husband Matteo and my two children stayed in Giulio's chalet from 26 to 28 May 2023 and we had a great time. The cottage is immersed in beautiful nature, with a well-kept lawn, a stone's throw from the lake. For those traveling with children or children, the place allows children to have fun and parents to relax, there is the possibility to use a very nice pool and soccer doors (my children have spent beautiful days between soccer, lake and pool). It's a place suitable for those who love silence and not crowds, at least now in May there were very few people. You can easily visit the various villages and eat in delicious restaurants. Giulio is a thoughtful and kind guest, we'll definitely be back!

Vilmo is a true super host. He is most considerate and also very funny. We felt very welcomed and had a lot to talk to each other about. We really appreciated he spending the time to tell us about the place and the history. He also prepared a lots of food for us. It made us felt right at home. The location can not be better. It was close to all of the places we would like to visit. The only regret is that we did not have time stay longer. We will definitely come back. We highly recommend Vilmo’s place for any one who likes to visit Tuscany!

Mariangela, I, and our two children Luca and Davide, aged one and five, spent a pleasant week between Christmas and New Year's Eve exploring the surroundings of Tuscia and staying in the Nonna's House. The house has perfectly responded to our needs of having a large and well-equipped place to manage the home times for us and especially for children. The description of the house is true; a hundred meters from home is a supermarket equipped with everything you can and need and, even closer, is a baker who makes great bread and delicious focaccia. For those who, like us, try to stay away from the chaos of big cities and look for quieter places, but still with the necessary amenities, Grandma's house is definitely a good opportunity!

Spending summer here is a dream! Beautiful places, interesting condominium. Small old style apartment but with everything you need.

This is a magical and extremely romantic place. We stayed at the cottage for three nights and it was a wonderful long weekend. Ideal for couples but also for families since there are many meadows in the surroundings where you can picnic or play with children. Roberto was extremely helpful and kind, most likely we will be back in the future. Highly recommended

Extremely gorgeous lake retreat. Pictures do not do it justice. No one speaks english there at all, but thankfully wifi is fast and translate works.

PERFECT FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN. IMPECCABLE

Fantastic place - 1000 characters are too few to describe everything! The apartments are arranged in a way that no one disturbs each other. All around, there's silence and tranquility. The house is an excellent base for both longer and shorter trips. The pool on hot days allowed us to catch our breath after sightseeing. The kitchen is decently equipped. The hosts are incredibly friendly, and their professionalism is evident. We felt taken care of every day. The complete set of information received before arrival made planning our stay much easier. Plus, we had good ongoing communication. All of Sabina's recommendations were useful for us. If they organize a walk around the area, we definitely recommend participating 😊 Not far from the house is a well-stocked Gala grocery store. In the town of Tavernelle, you can find great ice cream and a pastry shop, and on selected days, you can buy vegetables at the market. After these holidays, Umbria has gained a special place in our hearts.

Everything starting from location, peacefulness, amenities etc - were just perfect. You do need a car to get arround. the house has all you might need, Andrea is very helpful host.

Diederik and Martine are very pleasant hosts! No question is too much for them and you will reply very quickly The cottage is located in a nature reserve where it is quiet and quiet. If you would like to visit cafes or bars in the evening, you have to take the car because there is little to do in the immediate vicinity. However, you can drive up the mountain a little higher and eat something good at La Baita di Montarale. The Italian operators are perfectly friendly. Recommended! In the house, all comfort is available: gas fire,dishwasher,fridge with freezer, shower,bath,bedding,even soap and shampoo! Outside you can use the BBQ, the cozy seating area and not to forget the swimming pool. Someone comes by for maintenance on a weekly basis. Nature reserve so also quite a few animals and pebble animals (insects). Every day we spotted scorpions (which also showed up indoors), which was a bit of a scare at first, but in the end they get used to it...they are innocent and helpful. We enjoyed at least our holiday at Casa Lavanda!!
