Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Bognor Regis

We had a wonderful two-night stay at James’s house. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach, making it a truly relaxing getaway. The house is well-equipped with everything you need, and the communication with the host was excellent. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was everything we were looking for in a nice, peaceful getaway. It's a beautiful place, perfect for a family getaway, with a beautiful big yard that is perfect for the whole family. The Hosts were amazing. Everything was very clean, and the instructions were very clear. Would recommend!

Sarah’s house is perfect for a stay at the Witterings. Located a few mins walk to the beach and close to other area such as Itchenor and Bosham. We stayed as a family with young kids and it had everything we needed, from the games room to the garden. It was a bit rainy when we stayed , but that didn’t stop us venturing out. I can imagine in the summer, the house would be even more perfect. Sarah was super helpful too. The house looks even nicer than the pictures.

Great property in a great location. House was as pictured and well kept. Great for larger group. Sarah, the host, was very responsive and quickly answered any questions. Very comfortable house and the underfloor heating was amazing. This spoiled my wife a little and we may have to look into getting some. House was always warm and it was cold outside. Kitchen was well stocked and the welcome goodies were lovely and thoughtful. Will definitely use again when going to the Isle of Wight. A lovely stay. Thank you Sarah.

We could not have selected a better home or host! Karen was incredibly helpful, communicative, responsive, proactive and flexible. We could not have asked any more of her and the welcome of Prosecco and home made mince pies was fabulous. The house was stunning, lovely open plan areas, wonderfully sized bedrooms and everything we could possibly need, with a lovely fire. Being so close to the beach made for wonderful walks with the dog and family and the weather was very kind to us. Thank you so much for everything, we really could not have asked for more and we have a most wonderfully relaxing time.

It was a real pleausre to stay, for the second time, at Emily's house in Bembridge - which served as a great launchpad for a half-term jaunt in the Isle of Wight. I'm looking forward to our return visit!

Geoffrey was great to deal with and his house was available for us much earlier than expected. The property is located about a 5 minute stroll from the quay, where you’ll find a great little pub, coffee shops and wonderful views across the water. The property is spacious bright, very well equipped and really homely. We were there for a family wedding weekend and it ticked all the boxes for us. There is parking for 2 cars, and it’s in a very quiet neighbourhood. This would be a great base to have for exploring this beautiful area. We were just sad that we could only spend 2 nights here.

We had a lovely and peaceful stay at the cottage. The annex was as described and we really enjoyed using the log burner on those cold evenings! Also a nice patio to have a coffee and enjoy the birdsong in the morning sunshine. We also loved the local pub The Hollist for Sunday lunch. All in all a great stay that we would return to.

Lovely cabin, and very responsive, helpful host. Everything I needed was there for a peaceful stay. It was bigger than I expected and had a very comfortable bed.

Beautiful cabin with all year round hot tub use with beautiful garden and a pool you can use it the summer Quite surroundings and every you need on your door step and jo gives you loads of information for going out to visit other places Had everything you needed for a great getaway at a great price too Will definitely be booking in the summer so can get full use of pool, sun loungers, BBQ and fire pit

I loved this little place- the indoor/outdoor living is very refreshing and the view is endlessly beautiful from the cabin. Everything is really well though through from very well prepped fire lighting material to storage and so on. Hosts kind and thoughtful. Thank you.

One of the best AirBnBs we have ever stayed in. We went in January for a birthday celebration and had such a lovely stay despite the terrible weather. Absolutely beautiful cabin with amazing bed and no expense spared. So many thoughtful details such as the fire, cubbies by the bed, delicious treats on arrival and bird feeder. We sat and enjoyed the peace and watched a woodpecker have its breakfast while we enjoyed fresh coffee and the bread and eggs that were provided. Donna was the perfect host and went the extra mile, bringing us takeaway menus when we arrived later than planned, responding to messages when we couldn’t find the milk frother and getting the bath switched back on despite the freezing weather. It was a lot of fun trying it out in the rain and made for a truly memorable moment we will treasure. We’ve already said we want to return in the warmer weather so we can fully enjoy the outside space.

What an amazing place to stay for some peace and quiet. Over looking the South Downs we could watch the view from outside (wrapped up) or inside - we went in February! Small but very comfy inside with everything we could wish for. Thank you so much. Hopefully we can come back when it’s warmer and enjoy the outside space more.
