Absolutely perfect! Could not recommend this place enough. The flat is so stylish and comfortable, and 20 min walk to the centre of Brighton. Will defo be back! Thanks Alan!

Fabulous location for exploring Bosham, and the property is beautifully presented. The courtyard overlooking the Mill stream is totally unique and added a memorable aspect to our stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, so much so that I booked a return visit before I left. The Loft is beautifully decorated and perfectly positioned by a quieter beach. The beach is mostly stony with a bit of sand, but if you walk towards west wittering you soon find sandy beaches if you prefer. The closest entry point to the beach really is two minutes walk. Lots of water sports going on if that’s your thing. The garden is small but well designed, sheltered and catches the sun for most of the day. The outdoor seating is very comfortable. The kitchen is clean and has a fridge, hobs, kettle and microwave (no oven fyi). Two can eat inside but four can eat outside on the outdoor seating. I had the most relaxing stay, and can’t wait to go back.

on arrival at Liannes place instructions on finding chalet and to get the keys were spot on once in the chalet it was found to be spotless inviting well equipped if you can not find what you are looking for in Liannes Chalet you don't need it was very much home from home the walks around the chalet are great beach 10 min walk away dog friendly I couldn't find one faultwith the place apart from the Chinese takeaway whose menu apparently was 5 years out of date according to the Chinese we soon rectified the problem by putting a new menu in visitors file not Liannes fault of course we did find it funny but apart from that it was one of the best air b and bs ice stayed in and we have stayed in a few

I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless — definitely 5 stars for cleanliness. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and everything about the stay was just great overall. I’d absolutely recommend it and would love to stay again!

Tim’s communication was excellent & the apartment is located in a great spot We always found a place to park but it did get busy on occasion Like I say though we always found someone on the street The apartment had enough facilities for us to cook one night & my husband found the bed comfortable- a little too soft for me but it’s just down to personal preference Overall a clean & fully functional apartment with great communication & good facilities Washer dryer was a huge bonus & the washing tabs left very helpful

Wonderful house The host dean Added some really lovely touches as it was Easter He left everyone an chocolate egg and even a birthday cake for my grandson Couldn’t fault our stay Coffee pods and flavoured tea added bonus as weather was a bit chilly the games room was a kit with the kids Would definitely make another visit

Great spot, just a short walk to the sea and loads of parking spaces! The place is compact but really nice and it has everything we needed for our overnight stay. There were lots of clear instructions so that we could easily get access, and Catherine was incredibly helpful and quick to respond when I had to message her about something!
