Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Boeotia

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

I've stayed at a Christos' place for the second time. In total, I've spent almost two months in his properties and I can vouch that he's a great host consistently. Both of the properties were great and have a lovely bohemian/retro feel. The flat was spacious with lots of light coming in from the large and wide windows. Access to the utility room with both a washing machine and a tumble dryer is a great bonus. All in all a great location, great flat and great host - highly recommended.

Elena was a great host, lots of communication. The apartment is very close to the metro, very convenient with all amenities. We traveled with 2 children aged 4 and 9 months. We had an umbrella bed ready upon arrival. There's a great market right across the house which is very convenient. We had a great week! Ευχαριστщ Elena!!

We stayed for a week in the Periklis duplex that we never met ,but with whom it was easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the quiet location, a 20-minute walk from the port and convenient to radiate throughout the island. The apartment is spacious, with very uncluttered style upstairs, without too much charm, cozy on the ground floor, beautiful terrace not overlooked. Basic utensils in the kitchen very limited . Sparkling clean of the whole.

Very nice and clean apartment in the suburbs of Athens. Our trip to Athens one of the days took only 40-50 minutes each way. The hosts live on the top floor and are always ready to help, they are exceptionally intelligent and delicate people. There is a Lidl store 8 minutes away with everything you need and the kitchen is fully equipped. We took a break from the noise of the city and enjoyed the sounds of the village. Thank you!!

Upon arrival, they received a warm welcome and because it was New Year's Eve, there was a horseshoe at the entrance that we were allowed to exceed when we entered! An in-person handover took place where we were shown everything exactly. To our surprise, there was a gingerbread plate, a fruit bowl and a New Year's cake, which pleased us very much. Above all, we have never experienced this warmth and helpfulness! We visited the city once by car and by train everything was easily accessible and uncomplicated for us! We had the van in front of the house and we also had everything we need in the house. Kitchen appliances, even some food was nice for us in the fridge! Daughter speaks perfect English and, like the mother, is always available to us! Our dog Ringo was also very well taken care of. Fresh towels bed linen and a super great fireplace. Politimi’s place was like a dream! It was just so beautiful inside - more like a New York style apartment. It was absolutely spotless & exactly as shown in the photos. And it was so well stocked! Fruit & vegetables, chocolate, milk - it’s these little things that make such a huge difference. Politimi was also a dream host. She checked in to make sure everything was ok & I knew she was just a message away if I needed anything at all. The area is lovely & quiet, with supermarkets, bakeries & restaurants close by. It was also a 15 min walk to the main shopping/restaurant strip in Chalandri. This place was just what I needed & I couldn’t be more thankful 🙏🏻

This was exactly as we wanted, quiet, private and beautiful. The shop and restaurant were quite a walk, so transport would be ideal if you aren’t keen to walk. Maria was very quick to answer texts, and super friendly and helpful. The pool was superb and obviously being on the beach front was perfect. Thank you both!

A great location exactly as described. The pool area is clean and has it's own bathroom. It's a short distance from the village centre in a quiet location. While it is walkable a car is essential. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. The view from the terrace is superb. We booked it for six people which meant that the upper floor was unavailable. I retrospect we should have booked the whole house as the view from these rooms must be spectacular!

Konstantinos was an excellent host, he picked us up from the port with our bags and took us straight to the villa where he showed us around and how everything worked. The fridge was generously stocked with fresh fruit and lots of bottled water, and there were coffee pods and laundry supplies for us to use. Beautiful villa, wonderful location and an amazing host. 10/10

Perfect stay and our host was very good and helped us with everything we needed. He let us do 2 hours early check in as well as not restricting us on time to check out. Pool and BBQ all perfect. I would definitely choose this home again for a stay.

Beautiful place on a great location, 2 min by car from the center of amfikleia. The house is warm and very cosy! We had a great time and we are willing to visit it again! :)

We loved this Airbnb and would definitely stay again! Highly recommend to others. Pros: - The house matched the pictures – it was great! - Incredibly responsive, nice, helpful, and accommodating staff. - Fantastic, quiet elevator. - Clean house, secure exterior gate and front door. - Convenient location near market and restaurants. Opportunities for improvement: - Basement bedroom was hot with no working fans or AC. - Shower in basement didn’t work – had to go upstairs. - Washer/dryer combo unclear. - Towels didn’t feel clean or soft. - No washcloths (we're from the US) – we purchased our own. - Confusing elevator floor labeling – signs would help. - Elevator operation info should be provided, including the need to close all doors. Even with the opportunities for improvement, this did not have a negative impact on our experience at all, and was a truly wonderful experience!

Great location for eating, touristy things and public transport. Quiet apartment with nice back deck. Would stay again.

The accommodation was very well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Efi and her husband were wonderful hosts, always checking in to ensure everything was going well, and their care made us feel right at home. If you're looking for a peaceful and calm place, this is the one for you. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing time near the sea, with breathtaking views and a perfect spot for snorkeling.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. We stayed with 6 persons and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is very lively with a lot of restaurants and bars. Communication was very smooth and friendly, I can only recommend this place!

The location is absolutely amazing, the sea is just across a small street. The apartment is nice, modern, and clean. The host was very responsive with communication and even sent over somebody to show us where the washer was (under the kitchen counter from the living room side). Very comfortable stay, would highly recommend.
