Beachfront holiday rental in Blue Mountains

We enjoyed our stay so much! The apartment was super clean, has everything you need and the location is great - close to the beach and shops. The check-in was super easy and we were even offered an early check-in. Also, Gary (and his family) really went out of their way to give us the best tips for hiking and NY happenings - which was so much appreciated. We had an excellent time and can highly recommend staying with them!

We loved our stay at Teresa and Marks place. So many goodies on arrival for not just us but also our fur baby which was extremely kind and thoughtful. The place was clean, modern and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Beautiful spot right near the beach and not far from local shops. Appreciative of Teresa being so helpful during our stay! Highly recommend!

Ben’s place was awesome! He was such a super welcoming and friendly host, proactive in reaching out to us to give us all the info we needed. He had thought of everything to make our getaway relaxing including providing loads of bath and pool towels for us all, extra mattresses, even our dog loved his place too. We could have just stayed in the pool and spa all weekend - so good! The drinks provided in the fridge hit the spot for our hang out time. Loved the location across the road from the beach, great picturesque walks around the waterfront areas, kids playground to entertain the little ones for hours within a few minutes walk. Even Woolies and Aldi are walkable in around 10mins too if you want to leave the car at home. We cooked big family meals for all of us in the kitchen easily. Plenty of plates and cutlery etc. Our whole family enjoyed our trip at Ben’s place! Best memories of our special family getaway - thanks a million Ben! We would love to come back again.

I stayed at Danny’s beautiful Airbnb with friends and we were amazed by the stunning ocean view! The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, well equipped kitchen, toileteries, beach towels, even a cabana! The living area and balcony were also comfortably furnished. The location was perfect, short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants. The bus from and to the Domestic Airport, Bondi & the city stops right across the road. The carport was a great convenience, and the keysafe entry system was user-friendly. Danny was incredibly responsive and made sure our stay was seamless. We had six adults, which worked, but the apartment is likely more comfortable for a bit less guests. For a peaceful night’s sleep, we recommend earplugs and eyepatch, as the area can be lively at night & early mornings. Once the elevator was temporarily out of order, but Danny arranged a quick fix. Overall, this apartment made our weekend getaway relaxing and enjoyable! Thank you! We warmly recommend it!

Lovely location, house is comfortable, relaxed and perfect for a beach holiday. Our dogs loved the back yard and the dog beach. Ceiling fans were essential as there is no air conditioning. We had a great stay and will be back.

Fabulous spot to relax and enjoy beautiful walks, lovely beaches in a very peaceful setting. The garden is particularly delightful with well selected beautiful plants. It's a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by.

What a lovely find in a magic spot! House was perfectly located within such close walking distance to the Boathouse, beach and creek. The pool was great for a refreshing dip and the covered deck made relaxing enjoyable both in sunny and rainy weather. We also loved being able to bring our dog!

Great stay in Kiama Downs. Good location with the beach and handy shops close by. Plenty to do in the area too.

Our family enjoyed staying over a long weekend. The area has a very relaxed vibe and with uncrowded Jones Beach a two minute flat walk away it's the perfect location. There's so much to do - beaches, rainforest walks - we could have happily stayed longer. The house was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. Great BBQ too. Everything was convenient and to hand. Jenna and Joel are very responsive and their thoughtfulness on our last day ended our holiday on a high note.

We have been travelling for 2 weeks and this was our favourite place so far! Great value for money, the apartment was stocked with everything we needed and more. You could easily cook a basic meal if you wanted to but why would you when you can go down stairs to one of the many restaurants! Location was amazing. We walked everywhere. Pool was downstairs was great, beach access literally downstairs was even better. Everything was clean and comfortable and Bernadette was friendly and responsive. We can’t wait to return in the future, 2 days wasn’t nearly enough

We are a family of 4 with an 11 and 8 yr old. This house was perfectly located in relation to the the main town road, the lake behind us, which you could see from the dining room, and the beach. The walk to the beach is 10 min through the cozy town, very easily accessible. The house was amazingly clean, she had every amenity that you could possibly want including salt, pepper, oils, glad wrap, tin foil, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable, which I find important when you're staying for a week like we did. Felicity was very responsive. there was lots of storage space for your groceries, a washer and dryer were available, lots of places to hang up your towels to dry after a day at the beach. it truly was a very beautiful and cozy place to stay.

To celebrate my 50th birthday my husband, son and I booked 2 nights in Manly. The apartment overlooking the beach was absolutely perfect and it had everything we needed and the host was polite and responsive. The apartment was beautiful with lovely prints on the wall and very clean. We would 100% love to stay here again in the future. Thank you.

Gwen's place was very clean and spacious and a great location right beside the beach and lookouts. Gwen was very welcoming and friendly and we had a lovely stay in her house. Highly recommended.

Adrian’s place was so homely and comfortable. The beds were so soft and we didn’t want to leave that lounge! We had just the right amount of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Adrian was very generous and thoughtful. Even leaving ice blocks in the freezer for the kids! The pool and games room was a hit with the kids. Great for the couple of rainy days we got during our stay. This was probably the most comfortable air b n b experience we’ve had. Everything ran smoothly thanks to a great host.

The communication from Debbie was excellent. Contacted me as soon as the booking was made with information about my stay & followed up closer to my booking date. Apartment was clean, comfortable & the elevated view over the pool & Brisbane Water was stunning. Plenty of cafes & restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed my time at Ettalong.

A beautifully appointed studio, detached from the main house and very private. Light and bright, with a lovely coastal feel. Very clean. Stylish furnishings, quality linens, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Comfy bed and pillows! Great location, close to Palm beach, Whale beach, and Avalon. Plus Snappermans beach is just at the end of the street! Amethyst is a responsive, friendly, and helpful host. Very welcoming and accommodating. I loved my stay and would highly recommend! I hope to visit again.

Michael is a very good host. We have stayed at several Airbnb holiday homes and Michael ha been the best host. He received us (instead of sending a code) and gave us a tour of the property. Everything is taken care of at the place - right from beach towels to 4 bikes for. Guests’ use. They. Prepared fresh.bread . There are plenty of condiments in the pantry. The only thing that was bit inconvebjent for us was lack of sufficient number of bathrooms . An extra bathroom wouldhVe been good.

Great property in ideal location - plenty of undercover entertaining space and exceptionally well appointed throughout. Jacuzzi and fireplace complement outdoor entertaining options. Excellent host (Carla) was responsive, helpful and added to the experience. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay! The perfect place for our family with young kids and a dog. The location is amazing - literally had to walk across the road to go swimming. Close to shops and other activities and the walking/riding path is great. The house has everything we needed and was super spacious and comfy. Metinee is lovely and very helpful. Could not have asked for a better summer holiday 😁

This had to be one of the best air bnb’s I’ve stayed at. It felt like I got transported to a villa in Bali! The view is impeccable, and Nicholas was the most helpful host I have ever dealt with. He went above and beyond to help make my stay special. Highly recommend!!

We had a fabulous time away with a few girlfriends at this beautiful Airbnb! The house was absolutely perfect for our girls' retreat. Spacious, cozy, and beautifully decorated, it felt like a home away from home. We especially loved the large kitchen for cooking together, and the outdoor deck was the perfect spot with amazing views. The location was ideal – peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to local shops and restaurants for some fun outings. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Newport home, with all its amenities and the pool was a real bonus. The house was well organised and beautifully decorated. The host Taranvir was a gentleman and always assisted you when needed. We really recommend staying in this home with the luxuries you want when you are away, close to all the northern beaches and with a beautiful outlook.
