Beautiful home in a beutiful land! The view at night is breath taking. The host was amazing, easy to communicate and very understanding. We felt right at home. I am definitely staying here again.

This place is the perfect place to stay for fishing the San Juan River! It's located only a few miles from the river! We enjoyed the stay! Everything was well stocked and clean! Remington was a great host! We especially enjoyed the company of the dog that was around the premises! He was cute and sweet! I would recommend this place for anyone in the area looking for a convenient place to stay at an affordable price!

We had a peaceful, relaxing stay at Marina's place. The morning after we arrived, we woke to about 10 inches of beautiful snow which made it difficult to get out of the driveway. Marina and her husband were very helpful by clearing a path to get to our car and removing snow from the driveway. The unit was warm and cozy, very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely return!

Absolutely gorgeous location right on the river! Cozy and comfortable with great fishing, perfect for a family weekend away!

We stayed two nights in this location, using it as a base for day trips to Mesa Verde NP and geocaching/hiking in the area. It’s a bit removed from the city, so be sure to make sure you have everything you need as you probably won’t feel like driving back into town once you’re “home” for the evening. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and we slept well. We appreciated the full-size fridge, as well as tea/coffee in the mornings to get our day going. The animals on the property were pretty cute and quiet overall—we hard a horse whinnying maybe 2-3 times, a not unpleasant sound! Ronan the cat came around frequently for scritches when we were outdoors. The surrounding area is gorgeous and peaceful. When we inadvertently locked ourselves out of the apartment while loading up the day of our departure 😳 , Lorraine was lightning-fast with a solution (thank you!). Overall, we had a pleasant stay and it was just what we were hoping for.

We really enjoyed our stay and felt right at home! The house was clean, beds were very comfortable, and it was close to downtown Durango which was what we were looking for.
