Our family enjoyed our Christmas vacation in your home!!! 20 minutes to Wolf Creek. Such ease to drive into town for shopping. Beautiful location, immaculate home, cozy & very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed & more. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Joan's cabin is in a beautiful setting right on the lake. The living area overlooks the water, and it was so peaceful to enjoy the view. While pet friendly, the space was clean and did not feel like animals had been there. Joan was very responsive. The space is a quick drive to Pagosa.

Great place. Location was perfect with a 4 year old right beside the park. Highly recommended

Great stay close to town!

This was a fantastic condo. Extremely clean (no mold or past pet issues). Such a livable space with everything you could need. Beautiful surroundings, easy to walk into town on the picturesque River walk. End unit so great views and no neighbor noise. Could not ask for anything more. Will definitely be back.

Everyone had a great time. I was shocked how close we were to the springs. It was a great combination of quiet and nature while being accessible to any of the needs we'd have in the city. I especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony by the river.

This was a Great place to stay we enjoyed everything. the balcony was awesome to sit out and watch the deer and list to the river and drink coffee the pictures do no justice of the exterior it sits about 40 yards from the rio grande river you can hear it rolling from the balcony

Great host and a perfect place for my son and I to use for a couple days of skiing up the road at Wolf Creek! Hot tub was refreshing after a chilly day on the slopes and the inside was just what we needed. Space was comfortable and clean and the hosts actually brought us cookies when we arrived - thanks for a great stay!! Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home on the lake! Our favorites were the very comfortable beds, the 2 fireplaces and the huge sectional in the living room. Our family of 7 had enough room while still feeling cozy over Christmas. Saw the hot air balloons out the back window every morning. Highly recommend!

Very nice place. Would stay here again. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. There was coffee and all spices, oil etc for making food. location is awesome, great views and close to everything. Parking was right infront of the door and made for easy entrance and exit. There is a nice foyer for storing your winter items and boots. The fire place was very nice for the cold days.
