lovely cosy place in beautiful surroundings, Joanne was the perfect host, always onhand for a chat or advice if wanted, but respectfull and gave us complete privacy to enjoy our getaway. Very friendly couple will definitely be going back and recommending to friends.

We had a fantastic stay! Colin and Angie were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. Colin went above and beyond to make us feel at home, sharing great local tips and even giving us a wonderful tour of his farm. It was a memorable experience to see the beautiful surroundings and learn more about the farm’s operations firsthand. The hospitality truly made our trip special, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a warm and unique getaway!

it was a beautifully peaceful place in the middle of nowhere. It was very rustic and perfect for what we wanted. The house is warm and welcoming with lovely walks. Anuschka and Roger were helpful and accommodating..allowing the dogs and bringing wood. The wifi was down which actually made it more special.We took games, listened to music ate drank and sat by the fire.

My family and I stayed over Christmas and had the perfect week away. The cottage is tucked away at the bottom of a beautiful valley which was gorgeous even in Winter. We were delighted with how cosy the cottage was when we arrived - it was spotless, warm and decorated for Christmas. There were so many little touches that made us and our dog Teddy, feel very welcome. The cottage was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Amanda went above and beyond to give us all the information we needed and was on hand if we needed anything. We loved it exploring the meadow and Teddy especially enjoyed the river. We also had several lovely beach trips. Thanks Amanda for making us feel so welcome.
