Cottage holiday rentals in Blackheath

This was our second stay here . We enjoy the convenient location where we can walk to what we desire. Dogs are easily accommodated with an enclosed backyard. Hot tub a delight. Delightful, easy and thoughtful accommodation. We loved Frankie and Mo wine shop and bar and the Sunday roast at the pub was excellent.

This stay is by far one of the best Air B&B stays I’ve ever had. Went for a peaceful getaway and it was perfect. Andy was the most attentive host and his property was beyond beautiful and pristine. How he keeps the entire 3 acres this perfect is beyond me. The location, on the edge of a huge gorge had the best views ever! We enjoyed his stunning rock pool that looked like it was cut straight out of the natural, huge rock formations in the area. We ate outside almost every night in the beautiful garden area. Even made a small bonfire and just enjoyed the night. I cannot recommend Andy’s cottages more. We will for sure be back soon!

I just got back from an amazing stay at this Airbnb, and I can’t stop thinking about how perfect it was! Right from the start, I was impressed by how clean and well maintained everything was. You could tell that the hosts put a lot of love and care into the place. One of my favorite moments was gathering around the fire pit at night. There’s something magical about roasting marshmallows and making s’mores while sharing stories with friends under the stars. It was such a cozy and memorable experience! During the day, I loved lounging on the deck, soaking up the sun and just enjoying the peaceful vibes. The surrounding nature is stunning. I took advantage of the nearby Blue Mountain hiking trails, and wow, they did not disappoint! The views were breathtaking, and I can’t recommend checking out Hanging Rock and Lawson Waterfalls enough absolutely gorgeous! And if you’re into tennis, the courts up the road were a great bonus.

Ally and Blake's place was so wonderfully designed for guests. They had thoughtful touches and additions all over the cottage to make it feel like a beautiful escape and hotel quality linen on the beds and robes which was awesome. The outdoor tub was a wonderful addition to this cute little cottage.

Shuffleshoes is a unique private slice of Blue Mountains heaven. Everything had been thought of, with some extras such as sparkling wine, caraf of port, chocolates, homemade muesli, bathrobes, candles and bath salts. Access to a small cache of pantry options( canola spray I forgot to bring saved my cooking intentions) the house is rustic big windows let light and sun in, beautiful vistas out to mature palm trees and gum trees. House so cozy , garden serene and private. The perfect romantic getaway

Vincent’s cottage was incredible - such a peaceful location set in amongst the trees and overlooking the valley. The cottage was perfectly equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Super comfy beds and the two bathrooms and two living areas meant everyone was comfortable. Vincent was always responsive and you could tell how proud he is of his place! We will definitely be back!

Emmas place was absolutely magical! You can tell the place is cared for and loved. The views were phenomenal, so peaceful, so much natural wildlife, we saw Kangaroos, Wallaby’s, Rabbits (Hare), Wombats, Horses, Cows, Sheep! Book this place you wont regret it. Lastly, this place will always have a special spot as my partner proposed here. They call it the sunrise lodge for a reason 😍 🌅 best place to say “Yes” 💍

Beautiful spot, with a beautiful home, feeling cosy and roomy with adequate space for 4 adults and a dog. Friendly neighbours and quiet surrounds, the occasional freight train running through Blackheath station which didn’t bother us, would stay again.

Julie & Barry's cottage is adorable. The atmosphere they have created is one of peace and tranquility. To be greeted with a lovely basket of goodies made us feel comfortable from entry. Their decor flows throughout the house, and they have the most comfortable beds. This Airbnb has to top our list of places we've stayed. The location is perfect for those who wish to explore the Blue Mountains region with easy access to all major attractions. After days of exploring it was nice to have warm bath and relax on the back deck or the lounges.

Delightful cottage, full of character, pristine and colourful, with great attention to detail. Comfy in every aspect with great hot water (enjoyed the bath!) Beautiful back garden full of tall trees… my husband loved the hammock … and a great location. We will be back!

We had an amazing stay. The view is perfect, the house is cute, cosy, and has been renovated really nicely. The kitchen was fitted out with everything you could ever need, including a substantial selection of pantry items.

I had an amazing experience staying at the place! The listing was exactly as described. The location is perfect for getaway from busy city life. The best part of the house is the creek just in front of it and waking up to the gentle sound of the flowing water. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

We had a wonderful stay at Alex and David’s cottage. The view from the garden was just beautiful and there were so many thoughtfully considered details to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast on the verandah, bird watching in the garden and sitting around the cosy fireplace in the evening. Kitchen was very well stocked with all the essentials plus some. A home away from home. Really lovely welcoming hosts who were on hand if needed and had great tips for the area.

We had such a lovely time at Menno's place! We came by train and its a very doable walk from the station, and to the shops and restaurants in Blackheath. The house is in an amazing secluded spot with a lovely deck to sit on and admire the view. We had a great time walking Pope's Glen track right from the door :)

We had a wonderful stay! The place was lovely, beautifully decorated, and very cosy. As recommended, we visited Minni Ha Ha waterfall — a fantastic spot with a great walking track the whole family enjoyed. The yard was spacious and perfect for an Easter egg hunt. We also loved the play and gym area, and bird feeding every morning was a lovely touch. It was an ideal place to relax and spend quality time with family. We truly enjoyed our Easter break here.

My parents had an absolutely wonderful stay here. Larry and Jackie could not be more helpful, and were always on hand to help, and show my parents around the beautiful property. The house is stunning - extremely clean, all the cooking utensils and equipment you could need, gorgeous views (with a friendly resident kangaroo!), peace and quiet, and really easy access to Little Hartley. The wine and goodies left by Larry were yummy and really appreciated, especially the fresh coffee and chocolate biscuits! Everything from the roaring fire that had been carefully built for us for our arrival through to the comfy sofas and homely decor was brilliant. I would definitely recommend staying here.
